โElm Grove is quiet and surrounded by countryside. The hotel has a tennis court and Croquet on the lawn. We had a lovely meal on our first evening, but they don't serve meals every night. Our room was large and comfortable and a dressing room was a bonus. Highly recommended.โ
โRoom was pleasant, the bed was very comfortable & with lovely soft pillows.
Towels were soft with a very pleasant smell that filled the bathroom. Only small complaints was the lack of Decaffeinated coffee & tea sachets, which you now expect in most establishments. Also the small TV was stuck in the corner of the room, but this only a minor problem.
The staff were pleasant & chatty & the breakfast was very nice.
This is a very nice guesthouse in a nice area, with several self-catering cottages...
โWe stayed here for two nights. Very charming hotel. It looks and feels like a manor house. We really enjoyed our stay there and liked our room. Very comfortable and clean. No air conditioning but there are plenty of windows that open and a lovely fresh breeze comes in. The room has a kettle and tea making as well as a safe. Power outlet next to the bed which is of course handy for charging your phone at night. It is a large room with a lounge area. Breakfast is good. Especially the scrambled...

โGood bed, good sized shower, good breeze through the window. The breakfast hours are too early nd too short, and you apparently have to reserve a table for dinner, but they do room service and it was quick and delicious. They desperately need WiFi extenders.โ

โThis small pub with 8 rooms for accommodation is an excellent base for a few days to explore some of the many highlights in this area. The pub restaurant offered a good chouce, the pub was convivial. The daily included breakfast was excellent and the server very helpful. Plenty of parking makes for a stress free experience.โ
