I'm sorry that you thought your stay was terrible can you elaborate on this. I do know on check out there was four in your room instead of 3 as stated and because you only got three breakfast you shared a breakfast..

We're not sure what part of the hotel you are considering run down as we have just had a complete renovation of the rooms. There is still more work to do, but there always will be. We apologize that our staff did not respond to any of your inquiries you may have had. It is easier to respond to issues while you are at the Inn, than after you have left.
