This was a very short stay, but the area was secure, the staff were on hand for my arrival after midnight and the front desk was very welcoming. Very convenient location in New Kingston, around a half hour drive or less to and from the airport

Rooms were cleaned, beds and linens were cleaned. I would like to take this opportunity to thank each and every staff at Four Seasons, the kitchen staff, the front desk staff , the room service staff and the ladies that kept my room spotless. I was in Jamaica for 10 days because I got stranded due to hurricane Melissa and even though I wanted to go home the hotel staff was amazing. I felt appreciated and they did an excellent job. Big up! One Jamaica 🇯🇲

The staff were exceptional, warm, welcoming, knowledgeable, and eager to help with any questions you might have. From the front office staff, restaurant staff, housekeeping staff and grounds staff, all were courteous and friendly. I enjoyed the family atmosphere in a smaller hotel compared to a large hotel where you are just a number. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely chose to stay there again, when next I visit. Jamaica.
