Best value for money in Kingston. Safe, clean apartment with everything you need for self-catering and great air-conditioning and wi-fi. So close to the US Embassy, our trip went smoothly. Only issue is that check-in is very late and check-out is very early.

Excellent stay

My friends and I visited for Jamaica’s carnival! At first, I was very worried as to what will we be confronted with ! But, to my actual surprise it blew my mind away of how professional, clean and super chic the accommodation was ! We were greeted by Thasheca who was extremely warm and professional with humor which was enlightening. Location was incredible and convenient as all events plus road jump was in close proximity . The only fault with apt or when booking , pay close attention to other fees one had to pay cash on arrival apart from hotel accommodation. Overall, my friends and I agreed it was excellent experience and definitely will recommend and stay again on our next visit.

My six day Jamaica Trip

My stay at New Kingston Guest Apartments was most enjoyable! The owner and property manager made sure that I was well informed about the property. The property manager was most accommodating and very flexible. The apartment itself was huge, well decorated and stocked with up to date appliances and comfortable bed. The apartments themselves were gated and a guard posted at nights. I felt most at home here and would most likely stay here again on my next visit to Jamaica.

Beautiful up to date apartments in New Kingston.

This was my first time booking with this guest apartment (or any guest apartment for that matter). I was skeptical at first, but Kevin assured me all was well. The apartments are up to to date and well furnished and CLEAN. The manager was easy to contact and the guest apartment is in a gated facility. The washer was a great convenience as I stayed over 5 days and needed to wash a few things for my two kids. The ONLY thing I would suggest is that they change their check out time which is 9am. That's a bit too early and the price of staying per hour after 9am is a bit high. Other than that this was a PERFECT choice for my stay in Jamaica! I would definitely recommend to anyone! I will be back booking with you all again! Thank you.

my stay at Donhead was good The only problem I had was the toilet flusher broke and I told the caretaker and no one came to fix it.. Overall it's a really nice place to stay and relax.

The place should advetise the $50 clean gee and $20 a day I still have no idea what for fee .so.we had to pay after tax an additional cash fee of $90 for two days ridiculous

Two weeks stay!!

So I stayed at this guess apartment while on a two week work assigment in Kingston. Note to travelers: Please be aware that the $20 per night location fee has to be paid in cash at the apartment. I unfortunately, spoke to hotels.com who said it could be paid by card which was wrong. Since this was a work trip I couldnt perform cash transactions. The property manager Kevin made some arrangements that allowed me to use the coporate AMEX for these fees. In regards to the property itself, it was great and exactly what I was looking for. Privacy, larger than your average hotel, freedom, and peaceful. Oroginally, was put on the first floor but then was gladly accomodate to a third level guest house with an amazing view, once it became available. Conrad and the staff onsite were helpful and pretty cool. I would definetly stay here again as I will be traveling to Jamaica frequently now for work. P.S. there is a mexican spot within walking distance which is a great place to dine and eat.

Amazing first stay

This is my first time comming to Jamaica and I had an amazing stay there everybody was so friendly for the apartment manager to the the taxi driver diver that drove me to and from the airport the apartment was very clean and very stylish although I would say that the kichten could of been a little more better equipped with pots and pans for cooking but other then that the room was fantastic I especially loved the roof design and the room was spacious to could used a little better lighting in the living room area but I would definitely stay there again for my trip

Overall, I would recommend staying here if you want a rental but not hotel. Since we paid for house cleaning I expected someone to come in daily to tidy (sweep, changes towels, refill toilet paper and take out garbage) but I instead had to find someone on the property everyday to do so. Not sure what the cleaning fee was for.

Excellent self-catering apartment in New Kingston

When you book you get an orientation text and 2 voice messages on WhatsApp. These provide a lot of useful information and also emphasise that this is not a hotel but a complex of self-catering apartments. I found my apartment was well equipped, in good condition and clean - the complex is secured with electronic gates and 24 hour guard and includes free secure parking. All staff were polite and helpful. The Sovereign Centre is within walking distance which provides a food court, wide range of shops, supermarket and bank.
