Hi Jake, We sincerely apologize for the mistake made by our front desk staff. Our property is a safe place to lodge. We properly explained to you why the 200 deposit was charged, there were 3 big towels that were terribly damaged beyond repair not one towel as you claimed, we have the photo and video evidence for this. All the same, we refunded you 100, which was a sort of compensation for the mistake from our end. We are not scammers, we were fair enough to issue you a refund of 100.
