“My first visit to Kitzbuel was fantastic, one of reasons were hotel services we got. The status of room were clean and comfortable, and the facilities were great. The furniture was bread new, I felt. I and my husband were little anxious before we entered the hotel. Since we were asian, we worried about unkind services and feeling of segregation. However, we were very satisfied about kindness of all staffs. The receptionist women explained kindly about useful information and the waiters served...

Local dining options were fantastic. I was able to book a masseuse to come in after skiing which was also arranged by the staff. Beds were also very comfortable. We will not hesitate to visit again. ”
