Polite receptionist and housekeeping staff. Very accommodating to guests. The spa and pool were closed - not good! I would recommend to others, especially if you are traveling with pets.

Staff were friendly at check out. Pool and hot tub were fun but a little dirty. Tv in room was very small and the beds were not very comfortable. The room did have a nice view of Mount Shasta. The hotel was close to restaurants, bowling & stores.

I like it

This has become my go-to place to stay when I'm in Klamath Falls. The only complaint I can come up with is the shampoo bottle in the shower had a broken pump on it, but that just happens sometimes. Rooms are clean, staff is friendly, breakfast and coffee are free. It's a great place.

You can tell it’s been remodeled in some ways, but the carpet in our room was gross, stained, and it smelt like dog. Turning on the air in the room made it worse as it blew the smell as well. Beds are hard and pillows too. Breakfast was alright, staff were very nice.
