"The receptionist lady was not kind and I felt that she doesn’t want to take care of my problem. WI-fi was not available but she didn't help. Moreover, she couldn't speak english though the language was said possible to use."

"This must be one of my favorite hotels. Perfectly located in a scenic vineyard, close to Stuttgart/Ludwigsburg. The staff are amazing here. Very international and friendly. We had amazing food here, too. The local dishes are definitely worth trying, as well as their iced teas. Room was very nice and we had a little terrace that we could drink our hot chocolate on in the evening as we looked over the vineyards. "

"Great property within easy reach of Stuttgart city centre and the hotel being 1 minutes walk from the station was fantastic. Ludwigsburg was also really nice. "

"Zimmer waren gut und sauber. Teppich war sehr fleckig, im Zimmer sowie auf dem Flur. Parkplatz war gut erreichbar, leider aber bei Regen mit vielen Pfützen. Frühstück war meiner Meinung nach nicht gut. Der Frühstücksraum ist wenig einladend. Es hat fürchterlich nach Hund gerochen. Die Butter war ungenießbar, da scheinbar eingefroren. Die Brötchen, Aufbackware von nicht sonderlich guter Qualität. Am ersten Morgen war die Kaffeemaschine defekt."

"It is a decent hotel with free breakfast and free on site parking. There is no safe in room and my bath tub had drainage issue which is why i am giving three stars. "
