Very welcoming and friendly. Always helped us on questions and picked us up at any time we wanted from the Gondel station. The breakfast was excellent and rooms very comfortable and a good size. We enjoyed our stay very much

Mountain resort with great views

Amazing breakfast. Love the fresh butter machine. Gorgeous mountain views from room. Spa really good but unisex sauna and showers not particularly nice.

Schönes Hotel in Klosters

Schönes Hotel sehr idyllisch gelegen. Allerdings etwas abseits vom Ortskern, was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Es fährt ein Bus oder man geht eine knappe halbe Stunde zu Fuß.Das Personal ist überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit egal in welchem Bereich. Mit dem Zimmer waren wir nicht ganz so zufrieden. Es war zwar im Großen und Ganzen in Ordnung, befand sich aber direkt unter dem Dach in der hintersten Ecke des Hotels. Leider war es nachts dort sehr warm. Allerdings hatte es ein schönes, modernes Bad mit ausreichend Stauraum. Das ist ein großer Pluspunkt. Frühstück war sehr gut. Besonders gut hat mir als Teetrinkerin gefallen, dass es schönes dünnes Teeporzellan gab. Auch das Abendessen ließ nichts zu wünschen übrig. Wir würden dort wieder buchen, allerdings dann ein anderes Zimmer .

Charming cozy getaway nestled in the Swiss Alps

Charming hotel in the Swiss alps, perfect for an overnight stay during a motorcycle trip through the region. The rooms were clean, bed comfortable, bathroom and shower good. The restaurant was also great. We ate dinner and breakfast there and the food was excellent for both meals. Staff were welcoming and very friendly at every encounter, from check in through check out, really excellent customer service, it was greatly appreciated after a long day riding. Just be aware there isn't much out that direction in the way of any shops, other dining options, or things to see but it wasn't a concern or factor in my trip specifically. This would be an excellent cozy getaway with your partner.

Little Swiss star in the mountain

We Booked a one night stay before our Sunday ski trip. One person checked in before the other one with no problem. Our room were nice and as expected (Swiss style). The staff was very friendly and everything was very nice and tidy. They were also following the COVID-19 rules and made it easy to understand and follow.

Schönes Hotel in ruhiger Lage in Klosters Dorf. Die Mitarbeitenden waren sehr freundlich und ich habe mich extrem willkommen gefühlt. Kostenloser Skishuttel vom Hotel direkt zu den Bergbahnen. Sehr gutes Frühstück.

Great ski hotel in Klosters Dorf

Lovely hotel within walking distance of Klosters Dorf rail station and also the gondola to Madrisa ski area. Great food, helpful staff and welcoming atmosphere. Indoor pool , sauna and games room available in basement. Hotel shuttle bus will collect you from rail station if you let them know - v handy to get cases to hotel when it’s snowy! Will also take you to Klosters ski lifts. AND you get pass for all trains/buses in Klosters/Davis area so getting about is very easy. Would return.

Beautiful location in Klosters Dorf. Both in the middle of the village, as “Dorf” suggests, with wandering goats and cow farm across the street, which adds to the charm, and also a short walk away from Madrisabahn cable car to go to a family-friendly Madrisa resort with plenty of ski schools for kids of all ages and abilities, but also some slopes for adults to ski. Being a relatively small property hotel has a very cosy feel to it. Staff was fantastic, they truly make you feel like home.

The rooms were very warm and comfortable, the staff were superb ,very friendly from the receptionist on arrival to the restaurant staff and the cleaners. The facilities were very good and the transport for skiers was excellent. There was nothing to dislike or complain about.
