Clean room, friendly staff, and the breakfast was very good. In our room (213), the bed seemed old and made a noise every time someone turned over. There was a lot of noise from outside that could be heard. Nice that the hotel provided ear plugs.

Good Knox Stay

Great location to see UT, world’s fair park and downtown. Monique was very help-full and a joy to talk to. All the staff were friendly. Nice room and great breakfast. Parking and access to I-40 could not be better.

Air conditioning was really loud during the night Shower pressure and bathroom excellent! The front desk guy Nathaniel went out of his way to help us with multiple things over the three days. Breakfast staff and lobby cleaning staff were super friendly and attentive to the food bar coffee etc.
