Ko Yao Yai, Ko Yao hotel rooms at the Anantara

No frills family run hotel, with beach front. It’s quiet. The owner is very friendly and willing to scooter you around. The family does it all, not sure there’ll be anyone available after bedtime :) it was the cleanest hotel I stayed at in Thailand. And I stayed at 5! No entertainment, spa etc. Super chill, family run and just what I needed. I wish I stayed longer here. Very rural.

Loved staying here. Great communication and pickup at airport and the hotel was quiet with spotless rooms and awesome friendly staff. I'd definitely stay here again!

Really good service, only thing is, if you are afraid of lizards and frogs, and all of those fields animal, i would not recomend this resort for you. But after that, it was really beautiful, peacefull, food was really delicius and cheap.

First off, brilliant hotel. One of the best on the island. Beautiful bungalows and 5 star spa, amazing vibe. And perfect food. Service was wonderful. Bond who is the manager is likely one of the best hotel managers in the region and was super helpful with everything and we really appreciated it. Only thing we would note is that its not the best beach and the better beach is on the other side of the island. Thank you!

The property is. Is. On conveniently located right in Old town. It’s well maintained with friendly stuff and facilities well designed for wheelchair using disabled travelers. Which is an important requirement for me rooms are spacious and well layer out. Combust beds and room amenities

Wonderful. Nathan took great care of us. They have great local recommendations. Very walkable. Out of the places we saw in the city this was the best location and best place to stay.

The hotel is very nice and clean, the little bungalows are very comfortable and the bathroom is very well kitted out and sparkling clean. Only downside is it's not on the the beachfront but still you have amazing views from the private terrace of the bungalow. Food was very good also and you get free water, fruit and coffee which is in the room. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Koh Yao Yai. Enjoy!

Beautiful hotel/lush greenery. Excellent service. Restaurant/cafe food and drinks all very tasty. Nice breakfast buffet. We had a nice second floor unit with balcony facing away from pool that we enjoyed very much. The fitness center is pretty epic, lots of good workouts. Amazing massage. The facilities are however feeling worn, torn cushions on gym equipment, stains on restaurant sofas, shower grout/tile needs cleaning/resealing. Spa areas felt beat up, not well maintained. The clover hotel is very modern compared to the other hotels in the area, especially for the price! Clover is located in a great location, walking distance to the beach, shops and local food options. 5 minute walk from, “walking street” and 15 minute walk from the pier for all speedboats, tours and island excursions. Stayed from 4/6 - 4/9. Location was perfect and the center of it all. Just a block away from Bangla road and a few blocks from Paradise - everything is less than a 10 minute walk. I had rooms in the exterior and had zero misquito issues the entire stay. The room was cute and having the balcony was a cute plus. No issues with outside sound on my end - I also sleep with earplugs. Staff were incredibly helpful and so kind. The complimentary breakfast was great! Always made an effort to grab it...

We had an amazing stay!! We stayed 7 nights every single person was so attentive and kind. The rooms were great!

The Kantary Bay Hotel was very nice. Right on the water, although there isn't really a beach, just a boardwalk. My room was huge, complete with kitchenette, living room, and balcony with pool view. The staff was incredibly friendly. Access to the neighboring Cape Panwa Hotel was a bonus. There is NOT a lot of nightlife around, if that's what you're looking for.
