From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, the Banyan Tree Phuket was amazing. Everything was beyond top notch. Every aspect of the Villa was amazing (How will any other hotel ever compare?). The daily breakfast was delicious beyond words. We highly recommend this hotel if you want your stay to be truly memorable.

Wow - fantastic resort! The check-in procedure was a joy - cold towels, delicious fresh drink, flowers, and the utmost of attention from the staff. If you're coming for a beach holiday, this place may not be for you. But if you're happy sitting by a beautiful pool, looking out overy the sea and soaking in the sun then this hotel is for you. The staff are great and so helpful, the whole hotel was well maintained and so green all around and it's in a good location in that it's far enough away from the crowds but also close enough to great little restaurants and street food vendors. My 3 friends and I stayed here for 4 nights/5 days and enjoyed everything about it. The front desk was very helpful in telling us where we should book our tours. The tourist information shop we booked our excursions through was much cheaper than what other tourists had booked when we talked with them. We loved this resort! The location is stunning: set on the side of a cliff overlooking the beach with sunset views from almost every part of the property. Stayed from 4/6 - 4/9. Location was perfect and the center of it all. Just a block away from Bangla road and a few blocks from Paradise - everything is less than a 10 minute walk. I had rooms in the exterior and had zero misquito issues the entire stay. The room was cute and having the balcony was a cute plus. We stayed here for 6 nights for the tail end of our honeymoon and just relaxed and did whatever we felt like each day. We didn't want to go out to the very touristy areas like Ao Nang and just wanted to relax at the resort's pool, hang out in our beautiful room or eat at one of the restaurants on the resort. Very good, except the WiFi, which kept disconnecting.

Absolutely incredible. The pictures don't even do it justice even though they are gorgeous. We had our room made and stocked with water and chocolates multiple times a day so every time we came back from our daily outing we returned to a clean room. Room service is fast and delicious. The oriental spoon is a truly fine dining experience with A+ food and service. Get the breakfast too in your package. It was usually the same each day but with lots of choices like a chef for your eggs, gluten free...
