"This is a gem in the central Heraklion! Hotel itself is amazing with all the latest mod cons. We had a room with a pool in the room - the water was perfectly heated so we could enjoy it despite cool weather. The spa area is lovely and relaxing. It is not only the hotel that made the lasting impression - all the staff were amazing, tentative, helpful. You could say - it is their job, here however they go above and beyond! "Room was nice and clean and the bed was comfortable. The air conditioning (AC) did not work so the room was too hot to have a good sleep. Went to front desk twice and they “reprogrammed” the remote and told me to be patient with the AC. I was patient until the morning and the AC still didn’t work. "
