"We decided to treat ourselves for 1 night and it was just what we were looking for. Great experience sleeping right in front of Fuji, in a super well equipped and maintained “tent”. Dinner was a wonderful experience as well, prepared by the staff and cooked to finish by us right next to the tent. My only comment is to note that the private bath is only for 1h, but the shared bath was very close to the tent and very clean and convenient."

"施設は充実していて、キッチンダイニングの棟とベッドルームのテント、更にはサウナも露天風呂も素晴らしかったです！ 夜中にトイレに行く時は、テントを出て隣の棟の扉を開けて中に入るのですが、雨が降っていると不便です。 テントの中に、サンダルを置けるような簡単な下駄箱があったら良かったと思います。 食器や調理器具が汚いのが不快でした。 ホットサンドメーカーは前の人が使ったコゲがびっしり付いていて、しゃもじにはごはんがこびりついていて、鍋の蓋は油でべっとり。 気楽にBBQという訳にいかず、全ての食器や調理器具を洗わなければなりませんでした。 高額な料金を支払っているので、せめて清潔にしておいてほしかったです。 BBQコンロの使い方も説明のファイルには詳しくは書いてなく、結局サイドバーナーが使えませんでした。 施設は良くても、管理が良くない印象です。 それが改善されれば、また行きたいと思いました。"
