Our Stay at Anantara Lawana was by far the best we had in our life ! We have been before to 5 stars hotels and resorts but nothing can compare to our stay here. The room was so clean and they even can make it up twice a day. Breakfast buffet was the best we ever had ! It includes a la carte items, all kinds of hot food, cold food and pastries, real juices and a barista style coffee ( not these automatic machines). The resort had an amazing private beach, pool and good restaurants. Finally i leave the best for the last. Anantara Team was impeccable, so polite, kind and loving ! Even provided us with farewell gifts. I definitely recommend everyone to stay there.

Fantastic experience, would definitely return!

We had an incredible experience with Anantara. From the cleanliness of the room, to the kidness of the staff (including a free upgrade to the pool villa room) we really enjoyed our stay. As a vegetarian, I was slightly nervous about the breakfast options, but there was so much available to us and the staff was really accompdating and let me know what else they could give us. If you dont mind walking, it is a 20min walk to Chaweng beach and night market which is also beautiful. I would reccomend it to those that want to have a perfect stay, not living in the hustle and bustle, but close enough that you can walk there/take a tuk tuk if needed.

Thai Hospitality at it's finest

We LOVED our stay here for our little family. We were thankfully upgraded thanks to our gold status on the VIP program. We got a pool villa with a swing which the kids LOVED. The customer service is 100% the highlight of this resort, wow everyone was so friendly, checking in on our activities. I am not sure if this is a usual Anatara thing, or a Thai service thing but we definetly want to check out future Anatara properties. Food was great, included breakfast was amazing we also did the cooking class with the hotel which we highly recommend.

Paradise resort, great location, great staff

Our stay at the Anantara Lawana was simply out of this world. Our family of four stayed in the garden view suite and we experienced the room as both spatious, well kept and beautiful. The staff was what really put this hotel stay above and beyond. We were looked after and cared for in such detail, our daughter even got a personal written letter wishing her a speedy recovery along with freshly cut fruits when she got a little ill during our stay. Would recommend to anyone who enjoys a lush beautiful and relaxing atmosphere.

Amazing stay - service was great, nice that it is close to Chaweng without the ruccus. The food at treetops would benefit from changing to Thai dishes, but the ambiance is insane! The pictures don’t make it justice - it is absolutely amazing.

Great property what you see in the pictures is what you get. I booked private villa and it was exactly as in the pictures. The pool was reasonable sized, some other villas seem to have bigger pool too. Great service too. Despite the villas being a bit secluded the in-room dining was quite prompt. Overall we got the relaxing holiday we wanted.

I had an amazing stay at Anantara Lawana in a Pool Villa Suite — the perfect mix of luxury and privacy. The villa was beautifully designed, with a serene private pool and elegant Thai touches throughout. Staff were incredibly warm and attentive, and the service was excellent from start to finish. The resort’s beachfront location is stunning, and breakfast with an ocean view was a daily highlight. Ideal for a relaxing, high-end getaway in Koh Samui. I’ll definitely be back!
