정말 최고의 서비스와 최고의 위치
코사무이 신혼여행 숙박지로 강추 합니다. 공항에 전화해서 무료 픽업해주었구요. 직원이 굉장히 친절하고 250바트 내면 오토바이도 대여해줍니다. 일일투어신청도 가능합니다. 2100바트 인당 내고 섬일주 할수 있고 무료 셔틀도 합니다. 오전에 차웽무료 가고 오후에는 라마이도 가고 셔틀버스 혜택많습니다. 방은 굉장이 깨끗합니다. 지은지 얼마 안되어서 좋구요. 위치가 너무 좋습니다. 오토바이 빌려서 차웽까지 15분 정도 걸리구요. 피셔맨즈빌리지는 5분 거리입니다. 밥먹고 오다가 모자를 나두고 왔는데 직원이 픽업해준다고 할정도로 정말 친절합니다. 오토바이 기름 50바트 넣으면 코사무이 섬 한바퀴 돌수 있습니다. 저희도 한바퀴 돌았습니다. 정말 최고의 숙소입니다.

Best value for price I have ever seen
By far the best value for money I had two aircorns and the very big and unique swimming pool with glas on the one side was a treat The service was very good and they even have a free taxi to sertain locations I have booked several hotels in Thailand with more or less the same budget and this hotel stood like a pole above water Lovely buffet breakfast with many dishes to choose from I hoghly recommend this hotel, you won't be dissapointed

We got our room, but we left for another hotel
Unless you have a car, this hotel is very far from the main attractions. On Expedia, it's written that Aspira offers free area and Shopping shuttle. However, it has only 3 departures, it only goes to Chaweng Beach under reservation and no return (you have to return by taxi), It's even dangerous to walk since there are no sidewalk. We booked for a king size bed room, but we got 2 twin beds and we're told to put them together to get a bigger bed. Also, On the same day of the arrival we've booked to go to another hotel. This places is not recommended if you're planning to walk to get to places.

Value for money
Stayed here a few times and found it to be handy. Having transport would help as it is a little way from the main road, but it's within walking distance. I stayed in the deluxe room.

The pictures are very deceptive, looks like a gorgeous resort style hotel, the reality is quite different. It's not walking distance to food outlets or anything of interest, so unless you have your own transport (scooter) or are happy to pay for taxi's everywhere, it's not suitable for most. The pool looked very pretty but was too cold to swim in for the 5 days we stayed. The wifi worked intermittently, ended up easier to just use a prepaid Thai sim as it was faster. One night we asked the desk if we could borrow cutlery and they said they didn't have any, even though we used it that morning at the breakfast buffet. The breakfast buffet was prepared in the underground carpark then transferred into bain maries that weren't heated, so the sausages, eggs, ham, noodles, soups etc were all cold. The water pressure was non-existant or would blast so hard it would shoot the shower head backwards. The shower heads themselves are in need of replacement as they're horribly corroded. The day we were leaving the staff were not helpful at all (pencilling in their eyebrows and playing on their phones behind the reception desk) we were told the taxi we booked in advance the previous evening for the airport that morning was sent off with other people in it. Also cost 400 Baht, paid to the hotel, I'm told it would've been cheaper if we'd just ordered it ourselves. The staff make promises, knowing they can't deliver, we were lied to on more than one occassion. Don't stay here!

Schönes Hotel für wenige Tage da nicht am Strand
Das Hotel hat schöne & saubere Zimmer mit bequemen hohen Matratzen und einem sehr schönen Pool. Es ist relativ nahe am Flughafen aber weder in Strandnähe noch in einer schönen Gegend Samuis. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, wobei nicht alle englisch sprechen. Länger als ein paar Tage sollte man hier nicht schlafen, da der Strand einfach fehlt.

Написала письмо в отель попросила организовать трансфер - проигнорировали. в отеле есть тараканы. периодически в отеле отсутствует электричество, в дождливую погоду можно застрять даже без вай-фай и возможности зарядить телефон. можно найти варианты поинтереснее. Красивый внутренний двор с бассейном.

Nie wieder in dieses Hotel
Leider ist dieses Hotel nicht weiter zu empfehlen. Das Personal ist unfreundlich und nicht hilfsbereit. An der Rezeption wird kein Englisch verstanden. Unsere Toilette war bereits bei der Ankunft verstopft und auch nach mehrmaligem reklamieren wurde 2 Tage lang nichts unternommen. Die Zimmer sind einigermassen sauber aber in die Jahre gekommen. Die Lage ist nicht ideal, man benötigt für alles ein Taxi oder ein Roller. In der Umgebung sind fast keine Restaurants zu finden. Beim Frühstücksbuffet ist nur der Tost zu empfehlen, die anderen Speisen sehen aus als wären sie schon eine Woche alt. Das Geschirr ist auch nicht sauber gereinigt. Nie wieder in dieses Hotel.

Přijatelná cena
Personál je příjemný a pozitivní, nečekejte mnoho od snídaně, ale stačí na základní nastartování do nového dne. Pokoje jsou lehce vybydlené a dle "Thajských pravidel" hůře udržované a nedbá se tady na detaily, takže prasklé umyvadlo, nebo kuchyňská linka, která je sice s vařičem, ale není zde jediný kus nádobí apd. . Pokud se přesto všechno přenesete, máte příjemnou dovolenou v Thajsku ,-)

Do not stay here
I have stayed at a variety of "budget" hotels across Thailand. This place was by far the worst yet. I normally don’t write reviews, but my experience at Aspira has compelled me to warn others about this hotel. Before booking I ignored all the negative comments assuming that I would not share in the same poor experience of previous guests. I WAS WRONG. The hotel staff are incredibly rude and are very unprofessional. For example, they thought it was appropriate to burst into my room on the day of checkout to ask me if I was planning on staying any longer. When I said I wasn’t, the hotel staff just stood there while I was half naked lying in bed. I had to tell them several times to leave the room so that I can get ready to leave. What is worse, this hotel is located in the middle of nowehere. You need to pay excessive taxi fares to go anywhere on the island. Do yourself a favour, stay somewhere else.

とてもいいホテルなのに残念なクリーニングサービス
バイク移動の私たちには立地の良い場所でした。部屋も綺麗ではあったのですが、ベッドシーツを変えてくれなかったり、バスマットがない、トイレットペーパーの補充がない、などクリーニングのサービスにはちょっと問題がありました。何度もフロントには伝えたものの、直接清掃の人にその都度言わないといけなかったです。 スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで近くにランドリーサービスやバイクが借りれるところもあります。

Would not recommend
Looked good in the pictures, but a lot of wear and tear. Smells mouldy. The room was not clean, a dead beetle/cockroach in the bathroom, stains in the sink. The furniture also had stains and miscolorations. The waterfall shower didn't work. The tv only had Thai channels and Al Jazeera. There was a kitchenette, but no utensils or plates. A kettle, but no tea or coffee. the wifi only worked certain places. The only lights were in the roof, making the mood in the room unpleasant. Big cupboards, but no shelves and few hangers. Little to do in the area without a car. Only positive thing to say was low price and a very nice receptionist. Would not recommend.

Bad location, rude service, dirty hotel. Dont stay
Do not stay at this hotel. The pictures make it look great and it does have a ton of potential, but it failed to meet expectations. Firstly, the hotel is in serious disrepair. Rooms are nice but breaking down and are dirty. Brown water from sinks, lack of hot water, all the utensils were dirty, sink and counters were not washed. Secondly, amenities such as wifi didn't work for 80% of our stay. Pool was nice, though. Lastly, service was downright rude. When I complained about lack of wifi since I work from my computer, they laughed at me and told me a ridiculous lie. After the second and third day that I asked and was met with a negative response, I didn't bother asking the fourth day. However, the front desk lady basically yelled at me harshly that it was working when I walked past the front desk. They also charge you more than the taxi costs in order to make a profit off of you. We ordered a taxi, paid 400 baht to the front desk, then asked the driver how much the charge was and he said 300. Additionally, this hotel is not in a good location. It is next to nothing and is in an ugly area. I would not stay here or recommend this place to anyone.

Good hotel, good staff, but the breakfast is standard - soup, fried rice with vegetables, ham, french fried bread in omelet, tea, nescafe soluble coffee.. But you can find about 4-5 restaurants near hotel...

Looks good on website Disappointing in reality Service was appalling .... Think of Fawlty Towers ... The main guy reminded me of Basil Fawlry ... More interested in smoking and playing (gambling) l on his iPhone than providing a basic service One issue after another ... Very disappointing The hotel is very far off the beaten path Wouldn't recommend the hotel I'm afraid No kitchen was available after a rather poor breakfast

Dålig service, otrevliga personal, jag brukar stanna här varje gång jag är i Samui, men jag tror inte att jag ska välja den i framtiden igen. Dem städar inte varje dag. Hotellet är långt ifrån allt, därför jag rekommenderar att man ska hyra moped eller bil. det var skräp överallt omkring poolen, pga av kinesisk tourist grupp som var jätte stökiga, kastar allt överallt, dem har ingen respekt för andra gäster, vaknat varje dag tidigt pga av dem pratar och skriker jätte högt i poolen (mitt rum var vid poolen).... Missnöjd

Rummet var väldigt fint, men lyhört. Poolen var superbra. Tyvärr hade dom stängt restaurangen vilket gjorde det omöjligt att få middag på hotellet. Frukostbuffén var dålig. Området var jättetråkigt, trafikerat och svårt att ta sig någonstans utan att åka taxi.

Hôtel super propre et confortable, la piscine est est à l'ombre dommage car elle très jolie. R.a.s tout est comme sur les photos pas de surprise. Le personnel est très accueillant et serviable.

Nice hotel but far from beaches
Need your own transport ideally as hotel minivan only one way to chaweng beach only and as I found out walking the road can be dangerous. Was planning on eating evening meals in restaurant but was closed by 6pm and 3pm both times I enquired and suite had kitchen but no cookware, cutlery etc so aesthetics only ...for a four star hotel I was a bit disappointed

Solid place to stay!
Pretty far from Chaweng beach but only a short taxi ride, we spent two nights here and the majority of the time by the great pool! Will definitely stay again if I am back in samui, underrated with great staff
