As for the mosquitoes, it can be many reasons but rest assured, we conduct fogging exercise once a month and as-and-when-needed. Dear YUNYOUNG Thank you for staying with us and your review. I read the translation provided and it is not the best translation. From the contents that did make sense, I appreciate your feedback on mosquitoes in the room and flies at breakfast. Being in the tropics, mosquitoes are common and we have signages at the balcony doors to remind our guests to keep the doors closed at all times although mosquitoes normally are found in the mornings and evenings. Our Housekeeping Team sprays the rooms in the evenings (unless we see a Do Not Disturb) sign. Flies are a nuisance during certain weather conditions and this is a situation not ONLY in our resort but all over the country. We have an open air restaurant concept located near the beach.
