Very good stay, everyone in there are extremely helpful. Yes rooms need refurbishment a little but other than that people, food other areas of property everything outstanding.

The Hotel Rooms and Bathrooms need to be refurbished or renovated it is in very bad condition. The GM and Manager were very helpful and professional so was the employees. I have been informed by the GM the Hotel and Facilities will be ready ny September 2022.

Everything was good except the AC in the room was switched off at midnight! Felt very warm, woke up at 2am, temp regulator showed 25C, tried to adjust/bring down temp to 20-22 without success. Again Woke up at 4am virtually sweating! Then called up reception and I was told Ac was switched off from outside! AC was then switched on and and said a Sorry as usual! Thereafter We could sleep for an hour with temp reading at 22-23C.

Overall great experience. Nice resort to relax during year end. Only thing which can be better is Christmas Gala dinner menu to make it more exciting.

Stunning property with amazing service! We had the pool to ourselves most days, the whole hotel looked incredible and was well maintained. Service was world class - we felt like the only people there! Had a few minor issues with our room but they all got fixed quickly. Slightly pricey for drinks and some of the food, but honestly it was an amazing experience and I wouldn’t change the hotel - so beautiful!

Its a beautiful hotel but it I don't think it's a star hotel. The hotel don't have the service as a proper 5 star hotel. The staff are not trained properly. The wifi is absolutely rubbish. The food in the restaurant is not good.

Great location, hotel could be better!
The hotel's location is perfect and bang on the lake. Good views from the room. Rooms are fine but lack basic details in terms of convenience. E.g. there is a walk-in closet with the toilet, bathroom and washbasins but no door. The switches in the room were super confusing. The television in the room was not in good condition and speakers dysfunctional and could barely hear anything. The service was just about okay. However, service in the restaurant was not at all upto the mark. Had an unpleasant experience. Understood that the staff works in a very un-synchronous manner. The hotel claims that it is 5 stars but I won't give it more than 4 stars. Premium is charged just because of the location. Food is okay and can be better.

Overall good
Overall a good hotel. Our previous stay was a lot better. This time we had issues with hot water in the shower and there were stains on the bedsheet (which they did change). The room was also quite noisy. However, the staff were very helpful and the view from the room was spectacular.

A day well spent and worth for money . Well maintained . As it’s d same entrance for new block and party hall it makes some inconvenience for guests , I would prefer to make a separate entrance for rooms . And staff here gave me a free upgrade tats cool ✌Over all superb

Stayed here for 3 nights. Don't normally stay at 5* hotels, but thought we would treat ourselves! Wonderful swimming pool. Great food. Courteous staff. Excellent room. Had a problem with our bill, but was efficiently sorted out.

It is an excellent place to stay, staff is very nice and accommodating. Lots of freebies included. I highly recommend The Raviz at Ashtamudi. They gave us room upgrades etc.

Overpriced, Under Delivered - NOT A 5 STAR!
Room on first look is impressive, however look in more detail and it’s not even close to a 5 Star, Sheets smelt like they hadn’t been washed, toilet was not clean, dust etc. Everywhere, entrance to the hotel block smell of bins the whole time and let’s not even start on the noise. Me and my partner both got sick from the restaurant, it took them 4 hours and 3 calls to unblock the sink and a further 3 hours to clean it. We asked for a deep clean after we were sick, checked and they hadn’t even checked the toilet. Facilities are dated and need work ( although the shower is nice ) The pool is nice but needs work, no possible way of getting a drink to the pool unless you ring room service from the phone that doesn’t work. We got upgraded to what could have been a lovely room but again the small things completely missed and by this point with 2 bouts of sickness and no clean bathroom we couldn’t wait to leave On departure they offered us 50% off the food ( which made us sick ) around £50 of our £1000 bill.. this took them 1hour and 3 complaints to do.. all in all simply not acceptable for the money we paid. Thankfully our next hotel is lovely so not put us off India for good.

A fun family getaway
My family of 20 had a pretty good time at the resort. The complimentary boat ride and tea service were very well received! The hotel grounds and swimming pool were clean and well maintained. The staff was attentive and helpful. We had ordered a birthday cake from the restaurant and it was exceptionally good. My family polished it off in a few minutes. Special thanks to Mr. Pradeep from Keraleeyam restaurant for helping to organize the birthday celebration very professionally. Very well done and much appreciated. The hotel facilities don't live up to the expectation of 4.5-5 star resort though. It could use some sprucing of the linen, cushions and bathrooms. The restaurant should ideally have an air curtain to prevent flies from teeming towards the breakfast buffet. Overall an enjoyable coercive
