“I accidentally booked the room for one person instead of two. When my wife and I arrived, the reservations staff told me I would need to pay extra for my wife to stay, which I completely understand and accept.
What was not acceptable was the amount they charged. I had already paid 9,000 TL for the room, then they charged me an additional 9,700 TL for my wife. That meant I paid almost 19,000 TL for one night.
After checking in, I looked at the hotel's own website and saw that the exact same room...

“I went away with 15 people, and of the 15, 11 got food poisoning from the hotel restaurant. It wasnt only our party that got ill, a lot of the guests did. The music was very loud round the pool, and the smell of sewage as well.”
