L'hôtel nous a envoyé un message le jour même sur WhatsApp nous disant qu'il était fermé depuis une semaine.... J'ai contacté hotel.com qui n'a malheureusement pas reussi a les joindre .... L'hôtel n'a pas voulu annuler ma réservation et m'a demande de le faire moi-même Pas bête la réservation n'est plus annunable 24h avant ... Hotel.com a fait le nécessaire merci a eux

Op een mooi locatie gelegen naast rivier Neretva. Ruime kamers, ideaal voor gezinnen. Horren voor de ramen. Sarajevo en Mostar goed en met een uur rijden bereikbaar met de auto. Genoeg te doen en te beleven in de omgeving. Wij hebben genoten met ons gezin.

Ik ben geweigerd door het hotel omdat ze zeiden dat ik geen reservatie had hoewel ik dit via expedia een week geleden had geboekt , had betaald en bevestiging ervoor had gekregen. Ik heb mijn klacht al een zeker een week geleden bij expedia gedaan nog altijd geen antwoord . ik zou zelfs.zeker een compensatie of een soort schadevergoeding moeten ontvangen , omdat ik om s avonds nog met 3 kinderen een slaapplaats heb moeten zoeken en vinden
