Hot tub was out of service and the indoor pool was not heated. Other than that, this was a perfect stay for my family. We loved walking the lake right behind the hotel and to city beach park. Will absolutely stay here again when traveling to Granbury!

My only quibble would be that with no housekeeping planned for my stay, a toilet brush and cleaner would be a good idea. Also, there were no pans despite the provision of the hob. Otherwise, it was great. A good location and friendly, helpful staff.
