"Loved our stay"

"The hotel is beautiful. The city view is fantastic. Rooms are small but nice, clean. The elevator system is exceptional, we never had to wait more than a few seconds. The public spaces and dining areas are so nice."

"There many positive elements to Hotel Stanford. The room size is definitely larger than most NYC hotel room in this price range. It has been renovated not too long ago and the improvements definitely show. The bed was super comfortable. They provide complementary bkfast and coffee in their 2nd fl lounge, which is quite comfortable. I did couple of zoom meetings at the lounge and it was good. The front desk staff was so helpful in helping us to check in early as we arrived after a red eye flight. Kudos definitely to the staff. Here are a few things that should be improved. 1. There is no electricity al outlet by the bed. It is impossible to charge your phone and use it in bed. 2. The thermometer is not very responsive. My room was either cold or stuffy. There is no middle ground. Our son's room did not have any cold air. After 2 days, we made a room change request and they moved our son's to a junior suite. Very well done. 3. As you go higher in the floor (we were on 12th floor...top floor), the water pressure goes down. I think it's due to the old buildings in NYC. Next time, I d e finite will be staying in a suite on the 2nd floor. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay in Stanford hotel as described above and certainly recommend this hotel. Finally, this hotel is located in heart of Manhattan Koreatown and the mid town location is soooo wonderfully accessible for wonderful Asian cuisine and short subway rides away from Central Park and the museum row."
