I cannot put into words how great Outrigger was to stay at for a week with 3 children (7, 7, 9yo). The facilities were great and the staff were amazing, warm, and friendly.

Clean room, wonderful service. Steer clear of the buffet and use the adult pool if you don't have kids. A few maintenance issues like loose door handles and internal doors that don't latch. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Will probably go back.

We stayed here for a wedding at the resort. The resort is very large and family friendly. The food and cocktails were rather disappointing and totally overpriced. The room we stayed in was lovely and we enjoyed the champagne delivery each night. The beach is not a swimmable beach but the adults pool is lovely.

Very family friendly resort, and the staff were very friendly. We loved the kids club too! Only downside was the pool/sea water was too cold for what we were hoping for at this time, but it's not something the resort can control.

The pool closes early. All activities were suspended due to winds. Adult pool only until 5 as they have a lot of weddings. We kept having to call for our drink at night. Very unhappy they told us the shuttle to town was working and when we got there is was not and cost 70.00 fiji money for round trip. Breakfast is good wish they had more drink options like mimiosa. Happy hour is fun but limited menu. Liked they had pool service. The room with the 2 beds they are more like a double then queen we switched rooms. Balcony was fabulous the hut houses were cool but you could only see the gardens from most of them. they have nice stores to shop for what you need. Need to post the ice cream hours at the place by the elevators. Several times we went and they were closed. Overall l would stay there again.

Our room was absolutely stunning — exactly what you would expect from a beautiful Fiji getaway. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and they genuinely couldn’t do enough to make our stay special. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary, and on our final night, the staff surprised us with a beautiful celebration, coming to sing and wish us well. It was such a thoughtful touch and made our stay even more memorable. The pools were fantastic, and we especially loved being able to use the app to order food and drinks straight to the pool. The Outrigger app was incredibly useful and made everything so easy and convenient. It’s clear that this resort is designed with families in mind, and it was wonderful to see how much fun the kids were having. The bar staff were heaps of fun, and the happy hours at the family bar were always a great time with such a fun atmosphere. Overall, we absolutely loved our stay and would happily come back. A beautiful resort, amazing staff, and plenty of little touches that made our holiday truly special.

We loved our time at Outrigger wish we could have stayed longer, but we had a quick trip for a wedding on site. Be mindful it is a 1.5 hr drive from Nadi airport so if arriving late may be worth looking into. The staff were all so friendly. I was not aware of the food packages until a few days prior, so we didn’t get them added on. Worth sussing this out if you are planning on not leaving the resort. The kids club was amazing the staff even remembered my child’s name when we popped past the next day. Heaps of activities on every day. Friendly service, sometimes a little slow but they were getting smashed with orders being school holidays. Upon me mentioning to a staff member it was my husband’s birthday at breakfast the entire staff came over singing with a cake slice. Wedding venue was top notch and the staff looking after the reception were amazing. A great holiday.

We absolutely had the best time ever, the most gracious and easy stays we've ever experienced. The staff were loving, peaceful and so helpful. The staff at Kana Restaurant were the highlight of our trip, with always accommodating my son with his dietary needs. We absolutely were gutted to leave and would definitely visit here again. Thank you so much Outrigger for such an amazing and unforgettable experience.

This is the third time we have stayed at The Outrigger Fiji. It is just lovely! The staff are so friendly and cannot do enough for you. If you have children, they will be entertained for hours and if you do not have children there is the adults only pool area plus the layout of the grounds, restaurants etc are such that you do not feel on top of each other and certainly have your own space!

Overall we had a wonderful experience at the Outrigger, location was good, staff were very friendly, the adult pool area was a favorite spot to relax. There was enough variety of activities to keep everyone in the family entertained. The hotel had a nice atmosphere and was the right size where it didn’t feel busy and you got to know the staff. A hidden gem we found was the Kalokalo bar near the spa. Manasa the bartender was a great member of staff who made us feel welcome and was excellent at what he does. The food was just ok, repetitive, and the quality could have been better. The Mexican night menu at the Kana buffet needs to be redone as we didn’t find it very authentic or resembling anything they eat in Mexico. A suggestion would be to have an Indian night with some nice curries and more vegetables. All in all we had great stay at the Outrigger and would consider going back.

Excellent hotel. It is a family oriented hotel so a lot of children and the buffet gets busy. There were only two of us and my daughter is 17. You can only use the 'adult only' pool from 18 so we were a bit stuck in limbo. We used the spa a lot which was excellent for massage and facial - lovely staff and lovely location however don't have a manicure (not the same standard as UK). The setting is beautiful (we had a lovely bure) and the kids we saw all seemed to having a great time. Lots of activities put on for them. Go to the frog race...it's a hoot! Food for excellent with good choices from buffet, mid range and more up market. Also strong Wifi.
