I’ve contacted Hotels.com also but the customer service has not been helpful. I’ve never had any issues like this and I’m deeply sad about how this hotel stole my money ”

“The hotel did not honor the booking made through hotels.com website. There was only one caretaker and he said that they do not deal with the hotels.com any more. Then why was my booking accepted by your website? I had to cancel the trip and return.”

“We had the most incredible stay at the Bombay Bicycle Club hotel. What a stunning hotel, situated by the most beautiful beach. The staff were so friendly, helpful and kind. Food was delicious and so so fresh. It really was a 5 star stay and we would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend! ”

“Peaceful & relaxing with a beautiful beach & safe swimming. The Garden Villas were delightful & the staff genuinely friendly with good service standards. There is a lifeguard on duty who is both informative about sea conditions & the wildlife around. The birdlife is stunning. Only one small quibble in that the inner pool area could do with a bit of a clean.Other than that all good & would certainly recommend.”
