I stayed the hotel for one night. It seemed like a garage instead of a hotel. I felt it was the worst hotel ever I had been.

싸게 가고싶으신분 추천
저희는 저녁에 도착했는데 택시를 탔음에도 불구하고 위치를 찾기 힘들었어요. 택시를 타면 이름이 비슷한 좋은 호텔앞에서 내려주시는데 이 호스텔?은 더 뒤쪽에 있어서 찾기 힘들었습니다. 하지만 코타키나발루라가 안전해서 그런기 치안은 좋았습니다. 침대는 좋은데 화장실이 별로였습니다. 화장실을 중요하게 여기시는 분들에게는 비추에요

형편없는 객실
카운터랑 아파트는 다른 블럭이라 한참을 걸어야했고 세면대 물은 안내려가고 그래도 아파트래서 취사가 가능한지 알았는데 가스도 연결안되어있고 집기도 없고 냄비만 하나 덜렁..담배냄새 쩌들었는데 창문은 또 막아놓아 환기도 안되고 개미의 공격까지 진짜 내가 여길 왜 돈주고 와서 있나 싶어서 짜증만 났던 최악의 경험 절대 비추..다들 가지말라는데는 이유가 있었음 차라리 만원 더주고 다른 숙소 찾으심이 정신건강에 이로울듯

좋은 위치에 상당히 저렴하지만 방은 별로
금연/흡역 방의 구분이 없어서 방이 담배 내새로 찌들어 있었습니다. 방을 옯기려 했으나 마찬가지 상태였습니다. 객실의 청소 상태는 그런대로 괜찮았습니다. 주변 환경은 좀 삭막했으나 그런대로 시큐리티는 괜찮았습니다. 가격은 상당히 저렴했고 위치도 좋았지만 흡연자가 아니면 절대 추천하지 않ㅅ급니다.

Central and affordable
I stayed several nights at Promenade Service Apartment during my one-month roundtrip of Borneo. The apartment is spacious, the bed is confortable and there is a big fridge. There is even a small balcony facing the backyard to hang your laundry. Hot water, TV and Wi-Fi work fine. This is a basic apartment, so don't expect luxury, but if you are looking for a budget option, this is the right choice. The building looks a bit old from outside, but the apartments are new from inside. Be prepared to walk a bit upon check-in as there are many apartments and yours might not be near the reception (the apartments are on the 2nd and 3rd floor with elevator). Central location near the handycraft market and Waterfont restaurants, just behind the Promenade Hotel. Thank you and see you soon again!

The lobby was nice and clean. The apartment on the other hand was very disappointing. The apartment on the brochure and the one we stayed in is deffinatley not the same place.Paint on walls is dirty, bedding sheets was not clean and full of hair.The air con local control was broken and there is stains on the carpet. The shower tiles was filthily and there was mold on the bottom of shower. I will not stay in this apartments again.

Don't be fool by their pictures. Yes, for the price the rooms may look alright BUT the environment of the apartment is way dodgy! It's very very dirty and not safe
