I stayed here with my family. It’s truly a home away from home with an amazing neighbour - Dusan and his wife, Apartment is spacious, kitchen has all that one would need at home. It has washing machine (no dryer), dish wash, iron, vaccum cleaner. Host continuously supplied us the towels and tissues. Location is an absolute centre with Kotor old town just 7/10 mins drive. Very peaceful and right on the bay. Has a nice car park and a grocery near by at a five minutes walk and big super markets nearby Dusan is an amazing host. He naturally is helpful and not trying to do it to get better ratings which you can tell. You can close your eyes and book this property.

Absolutely stunning accommodation right on the waters edge. Wonderful views, easy bike ride or walk into Kotor. The apartment has everything you need! Kind and fun owners. And swimming all day long!

Truly a hidden gem!! Dusan and Donna were amazing hosts, they were so friendly and communicative. The apartment was so lovely and clean and the views are unmatched!! If we come back to Montenegro we will stay here again for sure!

When we arrived we were greeted by Dusan and his wife Dana who were lovely. They showed us around the apartment and how things worked. Washing machine and oven etc. clean towels were changed during our stay. Dusan was full of local knowledge and recommendations for restaurants and food markets. The nearest shop is a 5 minute walk. And fruit market about 10 minutes walk. The apartment was very clean, there’s a private little beach and jetty just over the quiet road for our use, there’s also a patio with chairs and sun loungers, also beach chairs. Dobrota is quiet on the outskirts of Kotor. It takes an hour to walk into the old town at a leisurely pace and all on the flat. There are many restaurants along the way with great views of the bay. The old town can get busy as the cruise ships come in early morning and leave in the late afternoon. There is a parking space if needed, we walked everywhere and caught the local bus to Perast. We did a boat trip around the bay, there are so many companies to choose from, we used aquaholic, with the biggest speed boat which was great fun. We also climbed the fortress early in the day before the crowds and heat. Dusan very kindly organised our transfer back to the airport which we were very grateful for. We will recommend this apartment to our friends and family and hope one day to return. Fantastic hospitality from our hosts. I’m sure you’ll enjoy your stay here as much as we did ☺️ thank you so much xx

We rented the “more swim” apartment for a family of 6. There was plenty of space and the kids said that sleeping on the pullout was comfortable. It was exceptionally clean upon arrival. We enjoyed the bikes you can ride for free (4 available first come first serve. It was great having a washing machine available to use. We rented stand up paddle boards for the day 20 euro each and spent a lot of time in the water. Beach chairs are also available to take down to the dock for free. We appreciate Dusan and Dana’s hospitality. They were incredibly welcoming and also gave good suggestions of where to eat.

The host was extremely kind, welcoming, and always helpful. You can tell he genuinely cares about his guests. The location of the house is amazing, very peaceful and clean. Having a private dock was a huge plus. The house also provides bicycles for free, which I used many times during my stay — very convenient and enjoyable. There is also a parking space available. Everything inside the house was modern, clean, and practical. Hot water was always available and the internet worked perfectly. Most importantly, the host is a very warm and friendly person who makes you feel comfortable immediately. I highly recommend this place and would gladly stay here again.
