They responded and were able to get us our hotel room, Schneewittchen, as soon as we arrived! They were excellent! "Fabulous from start to finish! Welcome drink on arrival, early access to our room which was in the cottage, we ate in the restaurant, the food was very good, staff very attentive and lovely wines. Swimming pool was great and the sauna. Great location and will definitely stay again."
