Reasonable price, tidy, close to Hung Hom MTR. 1 minute walk from HK coliseum 연결된 쇼핑몰에 카페 슈퍼 푸드코트 있어서 편해요. 일반적인 관광지 위치와는 좀 떨어진 편. 방은 좁지만 욕조가 있음. 냉장고 빵빵함. 당신의 최애가 홍콩체육관에서 콘서트를 한다면 무조건 여기입니다 홍콩체육관 도보1분!!!!

Extremely rude receptionists

This hotel taught me a great life lesson: non-matter how well he(hotel) behaves afterwards, your first impression of him will greatly controls your whole evaluation on him for your lifetime. Straightforwardly, "Millie" the receptionist girl, the first-ever person I met entering the hotel was extremely rude. Couldn't even figure out why. Seemed she had some anger control issues and was taking her anger out she gained from others on me. I smiled and said hi, but from the very beginning, she was simply "angry". There were many people in line in front of me which could have tired her out but this can never be an excuse especially when you are working in a service industry. Moreover, she should have acted logically if she was treated bad by someone else by speaking to that corresponding person, not to a totally unrelated person out of nowhere who was even trying to be kind from the beginning. During the reception, she angrily swiped my credit card for deposit and when the phone at her desk rang from another room at the hotel, she spoke very angrily in Cantonese and BANGED her phone down. Afterwards, she murmured angry sentences to her colleague "Karen" right next to her. I found it very rude. Seriously, there are more to write but my arms are getting sore. This horrible experience at the very beginning of my journey ruined my whole impression of HK. Cannot believe this hotel is 4-star. Very low and vulgar service (FYI, every other receptionist except for these 2 girls was nice).

교통편 위치가 좋아 자주 가는 호텔

세번째 방문입니다. 호텔위치에 대해서 항상 만족하고 이용합니다. 조금 낡긴 했지만 크게 신경쓰일 정도는 아니고 객실이 조금 더 밝으면 좋겠습니다. 지하철에서 호텔로 가는 경로에 계단이 있어 캐리어 이용이 불편한데 경사로가 생기면 좋겠네요

시내에서멀지만 셔틀버스가있어서 괜찮음. 시설은 오래되었으나 나름관리는 잘되어있음. 직원 중 불친절한 직원이 있어 기분 상함. 금연실 요구했으나 처음 받은 방은 완전히 담배쩐내 남. 바꿔달라고 요청해서 직원이 올라왔는데 들어오면서 계속 탈취제를 칙칙거리더니 담배냄새가 안난다는식으로 갸웃거리며 자긴잘모르겠다고함. 결국 바꿔주긴 했고 새로받은방은 담배쩐내안남. 어차피 바꿔줄거 왜 기분나쁘게하는지모르겠음. 수영장때문에 고른 숙소였으나 다음에 다시온다면 이용하지않겠음.

가성비.만족스런 호텔

주중가격은 무난했으나 주말가격이 비싸졋어요. 호텔은 수영장도 좋고 체육관도 있고 홍콩에서는 같은가격에 찾을수 없는 부대시설이있엇고요. 역에서 멀지않고 기차역이랑 가까워서 주변도시를 가실경우 추천드립니다. 침사추이까지 걸어서 15~20분걸리는데 어렵지 않은 거리입니다. 전반적으로 좋습니다.

위치좋고 수영장이 멋진 호텔

우선위치는 홍함역과 연결되어져 있고, 셔틀이 20분간격으로 침사쵸이와 구룡으로 이동가능해서 편하게 움직일수 있습니다. 수영장은 정말 길고, 넓어서 수영을 좋아하는 저로서는 매우 만족스럽게 이용했어요. 객실은 조금 노후되어 리뉴얼이 필요해 보이지만, 클린상태는 좋았습니다. 클럽룸 이용으로 웨이팅 없이 첵아웃 편했고, 라운지 이용도 좋았습니다 직원들은 프랜들리 하면서도 친절했고, 영어도 잘해서 커뮤니케이션 좋았습니다. 다음에 홍콩가도 이용할 의사 있구요. 정말 바램이 있다면, 침대를 빠른시일내 교체하면 정말 좋겠어요. 너무 작고, 노후되었더라구요 그래도 전체 가성비로 본다면, 만족했습니다

홍콩 바다가 보이는 멋진 경치에 반했습니다.

근처 하버시티에 한국음식점도 많고 호텔 방이2개로 되어 2명이 따로 숙박해서 1석2조 싱글배드 2개 신청했는데 방이.나눠져 있고 콘도처럼 주방도 있네요 홍콩 호텔 대부분 작은데 여긴 다르네요 풀장하고 스포츠센터도 있어 좋아요

Horrible. The receiptinist took our check-in was no manner in treating us. Don't want to stay this hotel anymore.

도심에서 약간 떨어 져 있지만, 홍콩에선 걱정 하지 마세요.

매달 출장 갈때마다 도심의 호텔과 하버 플라자 메트로폴리스 호텔을 비교 하게 되지만, Central에서 과중한 업무가 없으면 주로 이 호텔을 이용 합니다. 시간이 나면 야외 수영장도 이용해 보세요. 다양하고 맛있는 조식 부페 후엔 운동이 필요 합니다.

Your choice of hotel

Came HongKong to watch Twins concert at the coliseum and boy, this hotel is a stone throw away from the concert hall. Super convenient and also a stone throw away from the MTR. Will be my first choice in the future if I’m coming for another concert. Front desk staffs are pretty friendly and can converse well in English and mandarin too.
