"This was an exceptional hotel. Everything was so nice. You were able to walk barefoot from your room to the beach and restaurants. The yoga on the top of the hill is an amazing experience. The only issue was the spa. It was probably the most expensive massage I have ever have, and it was a horrible one. I wish they fixed it, but the rest was exceptional."

"There was no shampoo in the bathrooms, the remote for AC did not have batteries and it did not work well. Telephone needed replacement. You’d expect any of these to work seamlessly in any decent hotel but it took several request to get these straight here. The food, particularly desert section, was great.
