Clean room and comfortable bed. Staff is super friendly. Room needs minor repairs like balcony door handle was loose and towel rod was loose. Biggest complaint is the room power depends on the key, your only given one, and the AC takes a while to cool the room after you've been out.

I am so happy I chose this hotel, it’s not a 5* but more than makes up for that with the staff who work there. Their friendliness and attention to making your holiday great is worth double what you pay. Rooms are large, clean and serviced well. Great place to stay

The Lalisa is a nice friendly hotel that is very comfortable. The room was big and clean with a nice balcony and view over Ao Nang. The hotel is also very good value for money. Tip - try and get a room on floor 2 as there is no lift! They also offer car parking which is a great benefit.

Amazing location!! This place is right in the heart of ao nang beach. Beautiful view from the room. The staff is so friendly and helpful giving us tips on things to do and good restaurants. Air conditioning was great and beds were comfortable :) We were extremely happy about our 2 day stay here. Lots of things to do nearby.
