A lovely hotel with everything you could need amazingly friendly staff that couldn't do enough for you rooms cleaned every day breakfast was lovely plenty of options and for us a good location

Nice stay. Staff are friendly, we arrived in the morning hours before check in time and they gave us our room. Room was spacious and clean. Beach towels provided. Nice pool and loungers. Breakfast is available for additional cost (didn't opt for). Good location slightly away from noise on the main road. About 15 minutes walk to the beach but loads of bars, restaurants and shops on the main road.

I absolutely loved staying at Marina! The hotel is in the main walking strip of Ao Nang, with heaps if food and shopping options around. The staff was absolutely lovely, they helped me with some private matters and I am so grateful for it! The room was spacious and had a little balcony which was nice. Overall the hotel was very quiet and everyone was very respectful. Nice pool too even though I didn't use it. I would come back!!

I recently stayed at Mariner Express Ao Nang Krabi hotel, and my experience was far from satisfactory. Firstly, the cleaning standards were severely lacking, with noticeable issues throughout the premises. Secondly, the hotel seemed understaffed, resulting in poor service quality. The room I was provided with was not only moldy but also emitted a persistent unpleasant odor. Overall, I am disappointed with the lack of service quality and the apparent negligence of management responsibilities. Additionally, the absence of facilities and an unappealing swimming pool further diminished the overall experience. Given these issues, I have no intention of returning, and I would caution against choosing this hotel for a long stay. It appears to cater more to short-term backpackers than those seeking a comfortable and enjoyable extended stay.

Hotel did not meet expectations unfortunately. I can not recommend this place in good conscience. Staff were completely uninterested and unenthusiastic in doing anything. Not sure if this is due to run down conditions. On the surface, room and hotel are tidy, but overall it is in poor condition. Requires some strong efforts to get in shape. Drywall repair, painting and air quality repairs. Place smells mouldy. Hygiene by staff is non existent. The girl serving the breakfast was continuously coughing into her hands and immediately handling food and plates. I heard a lot of people with colds and coughing. I will not be back.

Positives: Freundliches und immer hilfsbereites Personal, schönes Zimmer, Reinigung der Zimmer auch bestens. Negatives: Frühstück ist ausreichend, mehr aber auch nicht. Da hatte ich schon viel besseres Frühstück in Thailand, in der selben Preisklasse. Pool ist klein und max 1,20 tief. Keine Bar am Pool, bzw eine geschlossese, verwahrloste Bar am Pool. Am Pool war nur 1 Dusche von 2en nutzbar. Die Liegen am Pool waren nicht immer ausreichend. Mit viel Auge zudrücken Gesammtnote noch Gut.

Great stay at Marina Express

We stayed 7 nights in a one bedroom villa. The setting was great. Each villa is set in its own ground and there is a sense of privacy coupled with amazing grounds. The room was cleaned promptly (often when were at breakfast). The breakfast is good - a nice setting with great choice. The swimming pool is one of the best we’ve experienced. You could lounge in it all day. It is at the top of the hill about 1km from the beach but a nice walk there and back and there is a twice daily shuttle service to the beach. It is near the mosque which is magnificent when lit at night time. Lots of restaurants and juice bars nearby.
