The resort is quite nice. It’s located a bit further away from Ao Nang Beach, but they have a free shuttle. The staff were good, and the food was good. They have some good tour available for purchase at the hotel. The rooms are a bit dated, but clean.

The staff and environment was exceptional! The location was very good, really close to ao nang but out of the craziness and touristy spot of ao nang. The only reason this wasnt a 5 star review was that it was a little outdated and the WiFi was sometimes a little slow, however everything worked and we would revist this place if we were ever back.

Location was great, the grounds were beautiful, the staff was very attentive and caring. The only issue was the food. Not many western options for breakfast. The cost of the dining room was excessive for what you got.

Staff is amazing here, very attentive. Lots to do including the pools and spa and they provide a shuttle into town. We had an issue with bugs our first night but when we contacted reception they helped and cleaned with no hesitation. WiFi is eh. Just an FYI, as described, the beach is not really swimmable. Would stay again.

pictures of the area surrounding hotel are better than it actually appears, no really swimmable sea was my biggest disappointment and definitely far away not turquoise water as pictured. OK breakfast. new year dinner was amazing and outstanding. super relaxed vibe and everything is cozy and close by. exterior is rather outdated. i wouldn't stay here again but with the right expectations it could work out better. few nice beach cafes 3-5 mins walking along the beach. villa is basic as pictured, updated interior and good size wise. stuff is cooperating.

We had an enjoyable experience here but I will add the rooms are far from four star. I would say more like 2 to 3 star. The grounds are beautiful. The pool is nice. The beachfront out of the hotel really is useless. You can’t swim there as there are many large rocks that are just under the surface at high tide. That is why the pictures look so beautiful. But having said that the pool and lounging areas are very nice so it wasn’t a big deal for us. The beds and bedding were a lower quality definitely not four star. The location is a ฿300 cab ride away from Ao nang which will provide you all the shopping beach time and nightlife you require. It’s a very fun place. The breakfast was great. For evening entertainment they had a Lone guitarist that was quite good as well. I like the hotel, but because of the rooms I would not stay there again

I had a fantastic time between 2 jobs staying at this resort hotel. Staff is amazing. Food is excellent, everything is shiny clean. Big room with huge balcony. Shuttle to Ao Nang beach and shops all day. Only suggestion I would make to them would be carpet in the corridors.Would reduce noise from door closing and guests walking around at 2:00 AM. Not a problem for me since I always carry earplugs when travelling. I slept like baby. I will certainly return. Francois

Room and hotel just seemed a little dated with lots and clutter around the property. Room was clean and especially the bathrooms were nice and seemed to have been updated. Our bathroom’s water heater went out on the last night and couldn’t get the water heater running again that night so hopefully someone can get it going again. They did give us new towels but didn’t replace the wash rags or the hand towels after the first day, just the regular towels. We had plenty of waters which was nice cause it was so hot. We had free breakfast which was nice that included the omelet bar and all the rest of the continental breakfast. Good selection but the same stuff every day so those of you looking for some variety might need to plan ahead. Dinner menu was great but not free. Staff was super friendly with any of our needs. They even gave my wife a little birthday cake to our room as a surprise when I asked if they had anything special for birthdays. Huge bonus!! Overall, the building we were in, building three was closer to the street which made it super noisy. They were doing construction as well which doubled the noise. At times the outdoors had a bad odor of sewage walking from the lobby to our building. Staff was great tho.

The hotel was nice. Great staff, and beutiful views! The hotel needs some maintenance. Our room was nice and clean, but in view of the reception so our balcony or balcony thub was not in use because we were looked at all the time. The breakfast buffet could use a room with air condition. Outside area with a rustic charm.

I chose this hotel because it was in a more secluded area. I glad I did, it was quite and serene. They offer a free shuttle to the downtown area which is super convenient. The welcoming/reception staff are just great, especially Pond. The restaurant in the hotel offers a varoety of food. The hotel is beachfront, but please note that when it is low tide.

Wake up.

Great facilities and good peaceful location. Reception staff severely lack an understanding to service customers, poor english and lack of inititive to offer options for tours and transport to local areas. When i enterted the beach, I cut my feet and hands, staff offered no assistance for First Aid other than offer my partner a first aid kit, when asked for an incident / hazard report they did not understand what they were. Management need to review there Policies and Proedures and internal training before they can consider marketing Villa Cha Cha as a creditable Resort. In the meantime, my partner attended to my immediate medical needs and I will try and seek local medical attention if I can find a doctor.

The staff was very kind and helpful! Always answered questions and very polite. The rooms were clean. However, From the pictures posted on Expedia to what the rooms actually looked like we're very different. The beach front was pretty but again not what it looked like online. From our room the doors were very thin and we could hear everything going on in the halls. We didn't feel it was a four star hotel as advertised, we also recognised that every location has a different standard of hotel. We are grateful it was clean.
