とてもいいホステルでした。しかし、壁が薄いのか、隣の部屋の声や廊下での話し声が聞こえて、少しうるさかったです。

Five comments: 1) The tram did not operate due to construction on the street. Had I known this before booking, I would have found another place to stay. Although the hostel provided clear and specific check-in information, it failed to talk about this significant change. 2) The bathroom had just been renovated and provided a modern and clean space. 3) The water pressure is exceptionally good. 4) The carpet (in room 8) was ripped. 5) The one bed sagged. So, maybe the carpet could have been repaired and the mattress changed.

Basic hostel. Clean and clear instructions to check in offered 24 hour check in which was perfect for our late flight arrival. Had a fully equipped kitchen. Our room got towels and hairdryers were available. Overall happy with the hostel

nice & cheap hotel with parking, but Wi-Fi didn't work the whole night, they only fixed it in the morning

交通の便は良かった

ホステルですので、別室にキッチンがあり自分で夕食を作ることも可能でした。設備はやや古い印象ですが大丈夫なレベルでした。大きなスーツケース２つを広げることができる部屋でした。トラム駅徒歩３分で、中心地と中央駅まで一本で行けるところも良かったです。廊下の話し声や歩く音がややうるさかったです。

It has 24 hr reception but the staff could be more polite, Hello/goodbye etc. Our room was not cleaned once and we had to empty our own bin in the week we stayed there. If you want somewhere to sleep and shower then this is ok, the communal areas are all clean & tidy.

Fine hostel but for sure no sound proof rooms. With checking it was little disturbing because it is checking in since 13.00. We were there at 13.05 and the room wasn't ready with the argument: we did not know what time you would arrive (we was of course true) but if it is checking in since 13.00 room should be ready at one.

Przyjemny hostel na Kazimierzu

Mieszkałem co prawda w pokoju dwuosobowym z własną łazienką - co nie jest standardem dla hosteli jak mi się wydaje - i tylko jedną noc ale z przyjemnością tu wrócę jeśli nadarzy się okazja. Bardzo sympatyczna i pomocna obsługa w recepcji.

アクセスが良く過ごしやすいホテル

ホテルのフロント係の方はどなたも対応が良く、英語も流暢で助かりました。ホテルは若干見つけにくかったけれど、近くに何軒もスーパーがあり飲食店が立ち並ぶ旧ユダヤ人街もすぐそばで滞在に大変便利でした。セントラルマーケットがある街の中心地まではやや歩きますが、十分徒歩圏内です。またクラクフに行く機会があれば、ぜひお世話になりたいです。

Good for 1 night, if at all - not ideal hostel

this hostel is a long way from the train station when walking there. Google maps says one street that it is in, Moon Hostel says another. Luckily we saw the sign while walking past the wrong street, to know to go down a side street to the back, or essentially front of this very old, dated hostel, in a neighbourhood that is quite decrepit also. The reception girl was pleasant, spoke good English, and was very helpful. No faults there. There is a food shop on the corner to buy food for the communal kitchen, but unfortunately there is not a lot in there, so if arriving late like we did, you are limited. Buy food before you come to this out of the way hostel. There is a tram stop very close by, which is a bonus. The bed was hard, the bathroom was surprisingly good size and the shower good. The fridge is also a bonus. Wouldn't come again, but okay for those wanting a cheap place if all else is booked out. The photos on the site are not realistic at all.

Weekend w Moon Hostel w Krakowie

Był to nasz pierwszy pobyt w Hostelu i opinię wystawiam zdecydowanie bardzo dobrą. Obsługa była rewelacyjna, ewentualnie lokalizacja mogłaby być lepsza, czyli bardziej w centrum Kazimierza w pobliżu pubów i lokali, ale i tak było blisko:-) Dla niektórych osób ważną informacją może być fakt, że pokój w Hostelu posiadał własną łazienkę!! Podsumowując weekend w Krakowie również dzięki pobytowi w Moon Hostel uważam za udany:-)

Quiet hostel in Jewish quarters

Really nice, cheap and quiet hostel! Staff are very helpful and speak pretty good English. It's situated in the Jewish quarter of town which has heaps of nice cafes and restaurants around and plenty to see. About a 15 minute walk to the Old Town. They have free bicycles you can borrow and you don't need to pay for washing or towels! Would highly recommend this hostel to people looking for a clean and quiet place to stay. :)
