Location is super great with walking distance to shopping malls and food street. All good except the room a bit dusty. Some minor issues were the room keeper throw away our room slippers and with no replacement on the third day of room cleaning, forgot to replenished toothbrush and tissue paper on the forth day…

The rooms were clean. The permanent marks on sofas are there but it’s the problem of the guests staying how they are using the facilities. The staff is very helpful the front desk is very responsive I had an issue with room I checked in and Mr Meghan quickly changed my room. The breakfast is good with variety for all kinds. I didn’t use the parking.

Nice property but could use a little love. Needs a deep clean but overall, very nice. Also, the staff were helpful sometimes but not all of the time. Sometimes the Doorman would be having a conversation with the Concierge and neither would assist the guests. Large breakfast but more flies than I would like to see for an enclosed building.

On the plus side, our room had a fantastic view overlooking the harbour and the islands. Also the staff were very friendly. Our room was comfortable and equipped with both bath and shower. As regards cleanliness, the settee in our first room was quite badly stained- a good steam clean would have worked wonders. Also our room was just under the rooftop restaurant and during the afternoon and for a short time before midnight we had to endure the really annoyingly loud sound of furniture being dragged to and fro by the staff as they were setting up for the next service. I did complain about this, and in fairness we noticed that the staff were then provided with equipment so that they could roll the furniture. This speeded up the process and was far less noisy, so well done to management for solving that problem. Breakfasts. Friendly, helpful staff, and we never had difficulty finding a table. Food was satisfactory, although there was very little tropical fruit on offer. The hotel could benefit from more outdoor seating for those who don't want to sit next to the pool. The reception is extremely short of seating area, and one of the settees was so mucky that it looked as if it had been pinched from a skip. This does not create a very good first or last impression, and a regular quality check should have picked up the state of it. On the whole, the hotel is well positioned and offered a comfortable sleep but improved care and attention would raise its star rating considerably.
