Amazing stay

This property is owned by a 3rd party which is not under hotel directly however it doesn't affect anything. Check in is easy and hassle free, u just need to WhatsApp the owner to confirm your checking timing. Infinity pool is superb. Overall experience is great and pleasant, location is great(nearby bukit nanas monorial). Will definitely come back again!

This property is next level for the price you pay. Views are incredible of KL tower and skyscrapers. The apartment is massive and clean. The infinity pool with views of KL tower and skyscrapers is quite possibly the best pool in the world. Only downside it is a little noisy from street noise and we are on 40th floor. Overall i would highly recommend this apartment.

Got a 4 person room when booking 6 person suite

Location is excellent! Perfect for exploring KL, even on foot! The room was ok but missing tools, glasses etc to use it. Booked a 6 person luxury suite but got an average 4 person (two beds) room. Even after explaining all we got was an extra mattress.

The condo is very clean and organize. My suggestion is to put papertowel in the kitchen when washing hands or doing something in the kitchen coz the small towel that was provided is not that clean.just for the safety of your costumers health.

Highly recommend this stay for KL — excellent location close to Bukit Nana for public transport and a short car ride to popular spots. Spacious, reliable AC, drop-down windows offering beautiful skyline views (elevate this by heading to the Deep Blue bar on floor 51 for a dreamy view of Petronas at night — note there is an infinity pool here but it was sadly not open for my stay). There was slight confusion upon check-in. Note this unit is not managed by the Flixes front desk but by an independent agent, so the front desk helped me contact the agent — slightly unexpected but resolved quickly enough, just a heads up. Also the hot water runs out so quickly, and the showerhead is stuck at a low height (cannot be secured), but not a dealbreaker.

Nightmare and the worst place ever

It was worst experience I'd ever had in my entire life. The manager was terrible because he knew the kakaotalk id but made me new account in whatsapp for his own convenience and there is no lobby that we can register. In addition, the room is dirty, stinky, broken furniture, not enough towel, no house keeping service and overall i will never visit again. I strongly recommend you all NEVER VISIT THIS PLACE. You will waste your money and ruin your whole travel because of this place. I don't want to call this place even HOTEL. It was nightmare. I used to like the hotels.com but from now, hotels.com should care for this kind of issue more!

This is a privately owned apartment inside the Platinum tower, so remember to WhatsApp the hosts 5min before you arrive and they will meet you. This is a normal practise in this building. The apartment is on the 35th floor and has 2 rooms. Views are great, AC is perfect. My only complaint is the bed mattress. You can feel the springs in your back. I am a 33yr old and no known back problems, but had them during and after my stay. The owners and guest would benefit highly if they got a foam mattress topped to make it comfortable. A lovely man named Saren has a tourist kiosk in the arrival area outside the lobby and is extremely helpful with all tours also. As a solo female travelling on her own, I felt exceptionally safe.

My Stay at Flixses Suites

The owner was fantastic with his hospitality. I will definitely use this apartment in my future trips to KL. One area to improve is to have the sofas cleaned from time to time. Another area to improve is the provision of additional toilet papers and paper napkins. Thank you

AB&B apt with great view

This was actually an AB&B type of arrangement. The building is part hotel and part owner occupied. We only found that out when we got to the check in counter. We were told to call the number on the reservation and a guy named Omar came over to give us the key and a brief intro. Place is a nice 2 bedroom, 1 bath apt with kitchen and in-room laundry. Omar was helpful even late at night when we asked about getting hot water for the shower (the water heater, like many other things in the apt, needs to be switched on in order for the water to be heated.). The roof top infinity pool and gym were excellent. Great view of the observation tower and the almost finished Merdeka building. Partial view of Patronas. Security keeps the place tightly controlled and safe. There’s also a bar/club next to the pool.

THE WORST EXPERINCE EVER, if there was less than 1 star I'd give it, no proper service, dirty and old towles, you ask them to empty rubbish they come after two days in the middle of the night nocking on the door, they cleaned the apartment only once a day before leaving during a one week stay, and when they did they didn't leave any toilet paper, there are Ants in the apartment which is located on the 45th floor!!! from day one manager promised to do daily cleaning but it's all talk, such a horrible experince and I only blame Expedia for listing them on their website, they shouldn't be operating in any way or shape in the hospitality sector, IF YOU CARE ABOUT CLEANELSE OR YOUR KIDS DON'T BOOK WITH THESE GUYS, YOU BETTER OFF GETTING ANY OTHER HOTEL WITH A DECENT SERVICE DON'T BE FOOLED. PS. Flixses is a private apartement operation and not part of the "The Face" actul hotel

床が隆起している箇所が3箇所、お風呂の壁は建て付けが悪く閉まらず、とても泊まれる場所ではありません。かなり強くクレームをしてようやく友人が貸している違う建屋の部屋をあてがわれました。泣き寝入りはしないで主張しないとダメです。金額に全く見合わない部屋でした。

Hotel très bien situé. Piscine a débordement avec vue imprenable. Très propre. Quelques reproches: une des salles de bains n'avait pas de pommeau de douche donc inutilisable pour se doucher et une des chambres , la porte automatique ne fonctionnait pas.

部屋からの眺めもプールサイドからの眺めも最高でした！英語が苦手な私でもスムーズにチェックインドもチェックアウトも出来ました。ホテルの皆さんも大変親切で素晴らしいサービスを受けることが出来ました。最初タクシーで来た時、「こんな綺麗なホテルとった記憶はないから違うところだと思う」と伝えたのですが、間違いではなくゴージャスな玄関でした。ただ日本語は全く通じないので、英語を話せないのであれば、Google翻訳は必須です。
