Avoid if you can
Booked this place for one night because of proximity to Pantai Hospital. Very disappointing. TV service was not working and hotel staff was unconcerned when advised. Generally, staff was not friendly and welcoming and seemed to have no idea of what customer service is about. Room itself was sparsely furnished, providing only the most bare essentials. Check-in took a very long time to process and staff appeared unsure of what they were doing. Will never make the mistake of staying there again.

I could not access to my room as the card was unable to open the door. The receptionist Ms. Atikah was very helpful inspite attending the receptionist task all alone. After 40 minutes we had resolved the matter and we were given a better room. However the cleaniness of the pillow cases and toilets need to be taken cleaned. Room services were required for few times and upon constant request only the rooms are cleaned. I think the service and cleaniness of the rooms need to be emhanced.

The hotel was nice but could have been better if they provided some night snacks or microwave heat up foods for the guests...so many foreign workers staying in office lot beside the hotel makes the area look unsecure...

Easy access to City Centre (Bangsar, KL Sentral, Brickfield). With walkable distance to a LRT stn (Kerinchi). All OK! Paid Parking and not under Hotel's management. Noisy with surrounding works (renovation). Foreign workers around but safe (i believe). The staff quite friendly & helpful. Sure i will recommend to my friends but will get exact 'services & facilities' for $$$ paid. 3/5 rating.
