The location of the hotel were ok. Its very noisy with the car and motocylce racing everynight. The noise were until 6 in the morning from 1 or 2 morning. I dont know why this property doesnt complain about this to the police.

Lack of interest in the subject of breakfast, where breakfast is popular there is no eating at breakfast, especially foreign tourists. Also there is no active Internet service. The guest also has no slipper or bathrobe.

Convenient to move around kl

The television was so danger bcoz it has not power button to off the power, the remote was not function too. Dangerous when there are children in the room. The bath tub was useless too, no point of having tub if you cant bathe in it.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel seems to cater to locals mainly. The hotel is old and could do with a makeover. Plenty of space in the room and bathroom.

Everything okay.

Good services and warm welcom by hotel staff. Provided 24 security parking but need to pay RM2 for first entry and free after the other entry. Location good and overall condition okay.

1. air conditioning not function properly. still sweating in the air-conditioned rooms. after requesting for maintenance, the situation is still the same. No follow-up action given within 2 days of being there. 2. still have to pay for parking even during booking, mention that parking is free of charge 3. No tv remote provided. No astro broadcasting
