Great hotel in great location. Room was clean, of a good size and had everything we needed. Breakfast selection was good and the restaurants were good value for money, particularly the Sky Bar happy hour. Location was spot on, right on the KLCC park and two minutes walk to twin towers.

A receptionist at the front desk was so kind. He generously offered me free upgrade. A view from my room was amazing with twin tower just in front of , nothing in the way!!! Everything was excellent, from the location of the hotel in the very proximity of the Twin Petronas Towers and Suria shopping mall, to the services and the staff providing them !

The hotel has the best view in Kuala Lumpur — I would recommend it a thousand times! That said, the food is quite average — definitely an area with room for improvement. Fortunately, there are plenty of great dining options nearby.

Very good experience. Traders is near everything and has the buggy service to KLCC. The sky bar is on level 33 with the swimming pool, which strongly recommend to try.
