excellent hotel .

Location of the hotel is perfect . located between 2 train lines almost every place in KL is accessible from there. That is very important because KL is not pedestrian friendly and long walks in that heat are not a good idea. the best is that the trip from KL airport to the hotel is covered by airconditioned trains. Check in and out are easy. Finding the hotel is very easy because of the colours and the huge TUNE sign.

The location of Tune Hotel is strategic, few minutes walk from the light rail Ismail Station, and they are located in the main street. A big and nice shopping mall - Quill Shopping Mall is 5 mins walk from them which contains a supermarket at the basement and many restaurants. The local shops around Tune Hotel are good and cheap too, and this may be the point that I will revisit them next time. Their staff are nice and informative, however, they don't provide toothbrush and slippers, customers should prepare by themselves. Further they also charge RM2 for keeping the luggage after check-out. A tax of RM10 will be charged per night.

Reasonable price for backpackers. It’s not far away from the monorail and rapid rail station. My room, however, has some broken facilities like safety box is out of order. Finally, the overall is pleasing. Recommended

Hotel très bien situé près de tous les attractions de la ville. Le monorail a deux minutes de celui-ci et pas couteux pour deux cents. Le personnel est excellent et souriant. Il devrait pourtant a part des personnes a la réception pourraient être plus parler englais.

NOISE Hotel under construction remodel 10 am to 6

Too Noisy under drilling, cutting,jack hammering, hammering and many other disturbing noises. Do not expect to take a nap between 10am and 6 pm. Checked out a day early BECAUSE OF NOISE NO REFUND. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Quite a nice hotel.

The room is nice, clean, and comfortable. I was delighted. Though there are three things which I don't like much but doesn't compromise my whole stay. 1) The room door cannot be opened easily. I tapped the key card, turn the handle and push, but no luck no matter how many times we tried. So I go back down to the lobby and ask the lady (hotel staff). Turns out, the handle shouldn't be turned. Only need to tap the card and push the door. That's it. Phew. 2) Elevator door is so slow. It's like 5 seconds before it fully opens or closes. 3) Hallways to rooms are kinda creepy. Imagine a gray colored paint all over the hallways. It's like you're in an abandoned hospital where you are escaping from zombies. Overall, don't be fooled on what's outside. Your main purpose is to get a room, and the room is very nice. Hence, I enjoyed our time.

Nice and comfortable hotel

Close to KL monorail station and many great food around. Close to shopping centers and the room was great and comfort level is very good , Will definitely come back to stay when visiting KL again

Great value for money, but some compromises

The air conditioner in the room was not working properly (not cooling at all), luckily there was a ceiling fan. Room was a bit cramped and a bit dusty. Check in took too long, stood for 40 mins in the queue before it's my turn. Breakfast choices and quality is very limited. Staff are generally friendly and helpful. Great value for money if you are looking for a no frills experience.

Nice place to stay and strategic

It was comfortable. Near to public transport. However, parking is a problem. Something to look at. Customer who using their own transport would want to have a safe and cheaper parking place

値段の割に設備がよくコスパは高い

クアラルンプールのゲストハウスには過去何度か泊まったことがあるが、値段が安めでも部屋や設備に難があったりするところもあった。 このチューンホテルは、値段の割には設備もよく、コスパは高いと思う。 ただ、難点を挙げると、部屋の壁が薄いのか周りの騒音が聞こえやすいと思う。 ２回利用したのだが、一度目は７階のコインランドリーエリアの前の部屋で、真夜中に利用者が大音量で音楽やゲームをしている音が響いてきてかなりうるさかった。 ２度目は、隣の部屋がカップルで、結構音が聞こえてきて。。。 このあたりはホテル側の問題とも言えない部分はあるが、部屋割りや宿泊者のモラル喚起などの配慮もしてもらいたいところ。
