Nice hotel with privacy but is a bit run down
stay for one night. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They show us every room in the villa.
The villa is very nice, cooling and quiet (privacy). Upon entering our room, the bathtub is huge (can fit 2 adult) but the bathtub look dirty (maybe of ages and the bathtub is make by stone. Another concern is the water flow at bathtub is slow and the hot water is not hot. I also found that behind the bed is the left over balloon from previous tenant.
The pool is awesome and very cooling. After swimming and enjoying the breath of the nature, we wanted to try the sauna, but the sauna room is dirty with plastic cup and paper and the sauna take long time to heat up.
I enjoy the service from the staff, friendly and helpful (they serve breakfast and dinner to you, you dont have to walk or stand, the food will just serve right to you table). We ask for champagne glass and they provide to us too.
Overall, I enjoy their service, view and privacy but the cleanliness and some maintenance needed for the facilities. The mobile number 010-XXX attach on Expedia itinerary is no longer valid. The new number please refer to Casabrina websites.
