"The room was just what we needed and in a great location."

"Check in was rather easy. Got lots of info. The onsite adventure sales rep was informative and easy to work with. Great location and smack in the center of the beach activities. This alone makes me want to return. But won't recommend as a place to come with kids under 15. Only 3 gripes and one is huge. #1- You have to pay $2 per bag if the bell hop needs to store it. It's low but it's the principle of the matter #2- buffet staff as crazy. The buffet is 20 feet away from the pool area, but they won't let you leave to drink your coffee out there as there is no in and out. Lol..lame. I want to drink my coffee in the open and relax before I eat. #3- no shower in the pool bathroom area. Why does this matter. Because if you check in early or out late. You have no access to a shower. Then what? This is bad."

"The property was nice and clean; however, I don’t recommend renting a poolside cabana. The lounge chairs and table were very dirty and the flies were swarming us. After about 15 minutes, we decided to just rent beach chairs and umbrella on the beach instead. We didn’t stay at the cabana and when I tried contacting the resort to see if they’d refund us, they couldn’t help us due to the rental company being a 3rd party. I have reached out to the rental company via email and text and they don’t respond. When I called the resort about it, I asked for a phone number for that rental company and they simply said “we don’t have one”."

"I had an amazing stay at Alohilani Resort Waikiki Beach. The location is perfect—just steps away from Waikiki Beach, restaurants, and shopping. The rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable, with beautiful ocean views. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. One of the highlights was the stunning infinity pool and the incredible lobby aquarium, which created a unique and relaxing atmosphere. The resort offers excellent amenities, great dining options, and a true Hawaiian experience. I would highly recommend Alohilani Resort to anyone visiting Waikiki and would definitely stay here again."

"Breakfast saved alot of money. Pool was crowded but that’s to be expected. Great close walk to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Staff were friendly. The only downside is our room was by the elevators which were very loud. There was also a parking garage across the street that’s alarm was shrill which also kept us up at night. This was not the hotels fault but you want to get a room on the other side of the building."
