Very nice

I was very pleased with my stay here. The room was nice and clean. The ocean view from our balcony was beautiful. If you come to fish the kure beach pier is right next door. Contactless check in was nice, once I booked through Expedia I received texts with my room number and access code. So easy and convenient!!! I will definitely be coming back to stay here!

We’ve stayed here twice, it’s a nice but basic beachfront hotel. Front desk manager was excellent, and the housekeeping staff is great at keeping up with all of the towels and sandy surfaces.

The staff were all very friendly. The lobby smelled like orange blossoms which was so nice and really added to the ambience. They were doing some construction at the property to build a new pool facility but it didn't negatively affect our stay.

The room was clean, staff was very helpful. Pet friendly was a plus. The ocean view was amazing and awesome to walk out the door right to the beach.

The rooms are very comfortable, clean, and include many amenities - including mini fridge and microwave. Love the coziness, security, and excellent location of the Dry Dock Inn! Will definitely be back.

It was so clean! No dirty animals drooling and peeing/ pooping in the common areas or rooms! YAY! We switched from another hotel chain because the rooms and lobbies in the other chain had become filthy and dangerous due to animals- we have been almost attacked by German shepherds and other dogs on other hotels. So glad to find a HUMAN FRIENDLY hotel!!

The room was super cute and retro. Short walk to public beach access, restaurants, shops, and live music. Room was cozy and the bed was very comfortable. Loved the bench outside each of the doors. Will definitely return.

I did not know what to expect from this this place. The rating said a 2 star so I wasn’t expecting a lot. When I check in Ms. Debi showed me the room and I was really surprised. This place was clean and well kept up. I really felt comfortable in this room and it felt a lot like being home. Ms. Debi was very nice and knowledgeable about the area, She told me about the island, the area, places to eat and things to do. Stayed one night Easter weekend as we were in town to take care of some business. We were looking for a nice room close to where we visiting. Geographically this fit the bill. Reasonable rate, newer hotel, nice & clean room (quiet away from the busy street in front), very good breakfast selection (make your own waffles, hot oatmeal, pastries, scrambled eggs, fresh fruit, cereals, etc.).

Great place

First off, the staff here is lovely. They are attentive, knowledgeable, and pleasant. The rooms have a microwave and a fridge that actually keeps things cold (you know what I'm talking about) in each room. Downstairs, they sell microwave meals and snacks at a reasonable price. The sheets were extremely soft, the mattress didn't hurt my back, and there were various types of pillows. I found the perfect pillow to meet my preference. They had Neutrogena products! The thermostat worked perfectly!...

The location is great and the staff were very friendly. And the view of the ocean was lovely. Really enjoyed the stay. The bathroom could be updated a little as the bathtub fixtures were rusty, but it was great for the price and how close it is to the ocean and boardwalk.

The room was very clean, comfortable. The breakfast was really good every morning. It was easy to get to and in a great location. The only thing I wasn’t crazy about was the bed was a little firm for my liking. Hallways were well lite. Very safe. Would definitely stay there again.
