"More negative than positive features. Clean and spacious, toilet wouldn’t flush and staff forgot our request to be fixed. We were told we could use the toilet next door which was not convenient due to the cold night and mornings. We moved all our stuff to the next unit the next day and there were other issues with the tv and internet. We were sick of complaining and tired due to lack of sleep in the uncomfortable bed. Could not wait to leave and won’t return or recommend!"

"Perhaps not the most modern property, but it was spotlessly clean, lovely staff, had everything we needed, was warm and comfortable. Also close proximity to the town centre, and also right next door to the club with friendly staff and the best club meal we've ever had. Thank you. 😊"
