We were very pleasantly surprised by this hotel - it has a good feel to it, is clean and the breakfast was more than adequate. We did not swim but noticed it was kept very clean! This is a great area, pool is cold if you like that they had a great pool area for kids if you have any. Staff great. Streets around the area great for food and shopping but…there is a religious thing near by that is very noisy and more than once a day. Some maintenance needed as most hotels in Bali.

I love the service. TV availability Food is great and well priced. X2 welcome drinks. Pool is really nice and I've used it while waiting for check-in. Staff are wonderfully friendly and professtional. Breakfast is fabulous with lots of options, I love the traditional pandan pancakes filled with coconut and brown sugar, and little tapioca balls with freshly grated coconut as a little surprize. Chef with stand and make omelettes or scrambled egg. Lattes fabulous and creamy.

Location is great, pool was great but a deep end would be good, rooms were clean , we did request two single beds but got given a Queen bed, some bleach in the bathroom would be a good idea
