"The best part of this resort are the staff. As you walk by, everyone will always greet you with a smile. Always ready to accomadate. The resort is spotless with staff constantly cleaning all day long. The beach is a disappointment as it is littered with garbage - this is rather sad, and I would encourage management to look into this as it is an eyesire."

"Rooms and hotel are great with beautiful gardens. The hotel is older however and in need of some TLC which is happening at the moment. The beach is being restored after massive erosion and the rubbish which litters it is frightening. The beach is not at all attractive because of the debris which is piled high. The hotel however serve paper straws and use glass bottles which is commendable. I would stay here again as it is so close to the international airport and the amazing staff."

"Honestly the only good thing about Hard Rock is the pool area. Kids loved that as they would any pool. The rest is outdated. The entire set up and trek to get to breakfast/pool/outside is a mission in itself. Do not rate the place for the money spent"
