Nice boutique hotel at the very center of Kutaisi. The property is impeccable, service was outstanding, and the staff super friendly and helpful. I had a great stay and would definitely go back when returning to Kutaisi.

Surprisingly good

I booked the NH as I needed a place to stay before onwards travel. My expectations were pretty low but the staff are so nice, and the hotel is very well located. It was nicer than expected. I would and probably will stay again.

Very nice location in the city. Near the police station. Limited parking but we didn't have any issues. Nice location to walk in the city. Restaurant had great food. Even though the hotel is in the middle of town we didn't notice any issues with noise.

Nice location. Great views from the terrasse. Breakfasts are Ok with basic options: ham, cheese, hachapuri, eggs, etc. The stuff is on reception is polite and helped us to find tickets to Batumi

I had a wonderful stay. Everything started with a welcoming smile of Nino at the reception who was very hospitable and helpful. Room was very clean, comfortable and has everything you need plus nice balcony. Tasty breakfast. Thanks to all employees, will definitely return.

Really nice hotel with great service and fantastic location. They do have a few drawbacks: 1. Dogs bark at night so that you wake up, it's several times during the night, I guess it doesn't matter which room you're in. 2. The cobblestones on the roads in front of the hotel means, that it can get noisy from passing cars and lorrys. Please note that I'm usually sleeping very well, so I'm in no way a sensitive type...

Ana at the front desk was very nice. The restaurant had good food. The breakfast was sad and I could barely sleep because it was so hot and they had no air conditioning. The location was good

O am extremely disappointed with this hotel for the following facts: room is noisy, only one table bed and not 2(see photos), when you close your door it is so hard that everybody can hear doors in corridor. The with is this hotel has focussed his strategies welcome groups and me as an individual client you cannot enjoy the breakfast as all tables were taken and I had to go to the bar with a little table to eat. If you want an expresso you need to pay during breakfast ??!!! They claim a 4 star hotel but this is a maximum 3 star. The roof top could me nice but they just put sic plastic chairs. Too bad. I do it recommend this hotel and I wonder why they have got a nice 9.1 review on booking. It s a mistery for me. I will rate maximum 5 having in mind I paid 100€ with breakfast. This is way too expensive.

Zentral gelegen, aber laut

Das Hotel und das Zimmer sind sauber. Die Annehmlichkeiten sind vorhanden. Allerdings funktionierte der Safe nicht und es gibt keine internationalen TV Sender. Man kann die Netflix app nutzen, wenn man ein Konto hat. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Das Hotel befindet sich an einer befahrenen Straße so dass man die Autos und in der Nacht bellende Hunde hört. Allerdings sind Ohrstöpsel vorhanden.
