โHo soggiornato allo Chalet della Guida il weekend del 23 febbraio 2013. Sono rimasta estremamente soddisfatta della struttura. L'atmosfera calda ed accogliente di questo piccolo ma confortevole gioiello ai piedi delle montagne innevate ha lasciato sicuramente un piacevole ricordo. La ragazza che ci ha accolto all'arrivo e la padrona di casa sono state molto gentili e calorose e ci hanno subito accolto con simpatia e calore. Il nostro monolocale con travi a vista ed un panorama unico e mozzafiato...
โOn arrival I was made to feel very welcome. There was a lift to my second floor room. The room was fitted out to very high standards.
Breakfast was good with plenty of options. โ
โNous ne voulons pas parler de la residence pralin mais plutot de l appartement 405 a la residence le pralin que vous osez louer avec des matelas pitoyables pleins de taches surtout pour des enfants etc...vous dites aux gens qu il y a des couettes alors que c faux ! pas de couettes pendant une semaine on aurait prefere la veritรฉ qd on vs a appelรฉ , pas de tรฉlรฉvision non plus malgrรฉ nos appels aussitot ou vs nous faites croire que vous allez faire quelque chose alors que c faux !!rien est fait c...
โWell , if you want basic this is for you , an old moneratry , one light and a couple of sockets , no tv and wow was it dark at night , I loved it , staff where great , great location . Very unconventional and great . Still had a practising church attached . Made a real nice change and oh so quiet .
I wouldnโt spend a week there but a couple of nights for me , definitely .โ

โJ ai ete tres decue par cet hebergement, que je deconseille fortement ( et c est rare que je fasse des commentaires negatifs). Arrivee a 18h, pas de reception, cle dans une boite sur porte abimee dans couloir triste. Attention : pas de draps ni serviette ni torchon, ni kit vaiselle...rien...j ai du me debrouiller pour louer des draps en me deplacant chez un prestataire exterieur..../ l appart etait en tres mauvais etat, mal / pas nettoyรฉ, il manquait une facade de meuble de cuisine, pas de lampe...
โNo bedding, no towels, it was not specified at hotelโs services description that I have to carry on my own.
Poor cleanliness.
Heating not operating, only two small electric heating elements available.
Bad smell in general, but specially coming from the bathroom.
The residence showed attentive to my complaints and kind in answering and understanding them in order to investigate and correct.โ
โNo towels and bed sheets provided whereas it should have. Poor communication. I was told towels and sheets would be delivered next day before noon, but was then told it is impossible!!!
Tiny apartment, just fits one person, with shelves for only one day change of clothes. Dirty beds and sofas, old furnitureโฆ

โDisappointing
I would not return to this apartment. It was too small, the diswasher was broken, the equipment in the kitchen was old and some bits rusty. The sofa bed was torn, very uncomfortable and squeeky. The bathroom lights stopped working, the bathroom cupboard door was broken, the electric socket did not work and the sink was stained and dirty. We could not open the ski door locker so had to bring ski boots and ski's into the apartment. The pillows were not useable they were dirty...
