Staff was lovely and Hôtel had a nice patio. It was the best location. Could use a better decorator and could easily be more luxurious but was very nice and convenient. Shower was a challenge as it flooded the bathroom. But all worked fine. Huge rooms! Onsite parking!

Excellent location.

Hotel is in excellent location wth a short walk into town and parking on site. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Staff on reception were very helpful. Pool was an added bonus. Lots of restaurants, bars & shops nearby. Our only negative comment was that family with us weren't able to access the garden area with their dogs despite it being a dog friendly hotel.

Nicely located hotel that is overall comfortable but rooms are a bit outdated. Check in doesn't start until 3:30 pm, before which, the doors to the lobby are locked. They were late to open the check-in, so had to wait outside until someone came to open the door. Besides that, it's a decent hotel and a clean bed.

This is not even a 3-star hotel. It is pretty rundown and a bit depressing tbh. The woman at check in was very professional and helpful, but if one chooses this hotel, it is really only to have a place to put your head at night. Air conditioning did not really cool the room in any appreciable way. It is close to town and restaurants etc. Just manage your expectations!

Comfortable room but poor soundproofing.

Great location. The room would have been great except for poor soundproofing. Conversations and bathroom noises from adjoining rooms were audible.

convenient, practical hotel

i have stayed at Hotel Les Nevon on a number of occasions and will stay there again if and when i return to L'Isle sur la Sorgue. it is very conveniently located and its parking facility is very helpful in a town where parking is extremely limited, especially on market days. there is nothing otherwise special about this hotel. it is simple, clean but just a practical convenient place to stay at a reasonable price. towels for example can be somewhat like sandpaper and there is no Kleenex in the bathroom but those are just minor annoyances.value for your money.

Housekeeping was so sweet and helpful. Our refrigerator didn’t work and was not fixed. Stayed 3 nights so that was very disappointing. Loved our big room and terrace. Receptionists were okay but could have been friendlier.

This is a good hotel with very helpful friendly staff. Good room. Big bonus was a bath which most hotels do not offer. Secure car park. You can’t access the hotel or car park between 1.00pm till 3.30pm so if you arrive during those times you would have to find public parking and wait. We arrived before 1.00pm so no problem there. There was a good breakfast which was an extra 12 euros each but for some reason it is not the usual help yourself buffet. You are served with items over a counter. Not ideal so the second morning we went into town instead.

Médiocre

Hotel bas de gamme, literie moyenne, espaces communs très limités. Le pire : des patrons ni sympathiques, ni arrangeants, créant une expérience client médiocre. Alors que les chambres étaient toutes prêtes (nous étions une quinzaine de clients « parqués » dans le hall), nous avons du attendre près de 40 minutes que l’un des gérant daigne apparaitre pour nous donner l’autorisation de récupérer nos chambres… Du jamais vu. Heureusement, le réceptionniste était bien plus sympathique (mais il n’avait malheureusement pas l’autorisation de ses supérieurs de nous donner nos cartes de chambre, on rêve). En résumé : passez votre chemin sauf si vous n’avez pas le choix.

Séjour Isle sur la Sorgue.

Le séjour a été très agréable. Seul petit bémol, la piscine qui n'est toujours pas chauffée et le petit déjeuner qui est extrêmement classique. Mais dans l'ensemble nous sommes très contents de notre séjour. Nous y reviendrons.
