"No wifi for a full day. Had to go to Starbucks for Wi-Fi. The breakfast lady with blonde hair was rude And I asked for water to be refilled and they never came had to follow up. When I went to check out. I asked 20 mins before to come checkout and took forever when I was already late."

"The room was very clean, the staff friendly, and the hotel is spot on. It's located in the center of the tourist district so if you want peace a quiet, this might not be the place for you, but if you're looking to be walking distance from everything than keep this place in mind. The shower was amazing! Great water pressure and temperature on point. Room had A/C and it was very comfortable. I would definitely come back to this hotel. Only thing to keep in mind is that you are one block away from Parque Lleras so the area at night will be filled with "service" workers."

"El hotel cuenta con unas instalaciones muy buenas, cómodas y limpias. La habitación siempre estuvo organizada y el espacio en general fue agradable durante nuestra estadía. Sin embargo, hubo algunas situaciones que considero importantes mencionar para que puedan mejorar el servicio. Aunque dejé una nota solicitando que retiraran las bandejas de comida de la habitación, las mismas permanecieron allí luego de la limpieza. Además, ocurrió una situación preocupante con mis niñas menores de edad, quienes se quedaron en el ascensor y terminaron extraviándose dentro del hotel. En ese momento esperaba mayor empatía y disposición de ayuda por parte del personal del front desk, pero la atención recibida fue poco empática ante una situación que como madre resultó angustiante. Comparto estos comentarios con respeto y con la intención de que puedan fortalecer la atención y el servicio al cliente."

"El hotel es muy acogedor. Sus empleados son muy amables y dispuestos a asistirte en cualquier necesitas que tengas. El desayuno es muy rico. Tiene una vista espectacular desde la terraza a la ciudad. Muy recomendado. Si no te gusta el ruido y mucha gente, no es recomendado ya que la Ubicación es de mucha actividad tanto de noche como de día."
