"Owners were very friendly, town was very quaint and accessible. Breakfast was awesome and well proportioned. The grounds were clean with access to hot tub and pool. A very enjoyable stay."
"Apparently under new ownership and the
owner whom I spoke with was doing the cleaning. They seem friendly, and open to upgrading their property, which is, due. Everything was very clean, but outdated. "

"The staff were friendly and the property was clean and new. The front desk however could have used more staff as the two staff members were overwhelmed which caused our room to be assigned quite a bit after our check-in time."
"The room was clean, and the view was great. There is a restaurant on site that has yummy breakfast. We opted for a la carte as we dont eat non halal meat. One meal was good for 2 people. These are large portions. The location is within 15 min walk of Chateau Frontenac. Lots of up and downhill, but very safe. "
"Major road construction made it difficult to get to the hotel
Very noisy at times as there are a lot of children at the hotel. A very much a family hotel, my 2 grand daughters enjoyed the pool and hot tub."
"Attentive and helpful staff; conscientious and thorough house-keeping staff, fine facilities, including some recent renovations. Our room had a street view, and the pub across the street did have loud-ish music that we were mostly able to mask with a white noise app. Our meals in the local restaurants ranged from good to excellent. It's high tourist season, and we probably wouldn't go again this time of year - but we are thinking about November
